“We ordered off the kiosk and barely had time to sit down before a young lady had our meal at our table. The iced tea is made fresh and tasted fresh as well.
Kid-friendliness: There's a kids menu, a toy option with meals, the tray liners have coloring pages printed on them, and there's a small indoor playground.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has full accessibility for wheelchairs. There's a ramp at every door, the tables all have removable chairs to park your chair, the tables are waist high when sitting and the door open bars are also at a lower height to support wheelchair users.“
“WHEN WE WALKED INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT MY GOOD FRIEND MICHAEL WOULD NOT GET UP AT ALL AND THEY CALLED TWO POLICE OFFICERS ON TOP OF THE PARAMEDICS BEING THERE.WHEN I PEERED AROUND THE CORNER MICHAEL WAS FIGHTING THE PARAMEDICS IT WAS THE BEST MCDONALDS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!“
“The updates to this location are nice. Never have issues here with order accuracy, but sometimes, when it's busy, the wait can build, but that's not out of the ordinary. I also like the ordering kiosks they make ordering and customizing food very easy. Also the value menu is a great deal!“
“My favorite McDonald's in Waco! Foods always fresh, and the staff are amazing!! I've never had bad experience at this one, unlike others. “Immanuel at the front desk took our order and was very cordial and polite in how he spoke with me. Very informative on the deals. I also watched in how he handled a situation between a rather honorary older gentleman and himself and I must say I was rather impressed with his patience and ability to remain calm. Food was also rather amazing. Enjoyed a nice lunch with my kiddo here today.“
“Friendly service, but employees were more focused on the drive-thru and kitchen than on the walk-in customers. There wasn't always a staff member working at the counter when customers were waiting to order there. The drive-thru was busy, while there were lots of tables free inside.“
