“Just went over to Jimmy Johns to pick up an online order my wife had placed, only to discover that apparently, someone else had decided to help themselves to a free lunch before I got there. The young lady behind the counter came over, asked a couple questions, then told me "I remember making that, hold on". A trip to the back office later, and she and the rest of the crew were re-making our entire order, no questions asked. They even offered to add in a cookie or some free chips "as an apology for the trouble". I refused the freebie, as the issue wasn't their fault, but it was appreciated. The food was excellent, and the customer service was even better.“

“The Waxahachie location is by far the best one. The entire staff here is very friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. The food is always great, I have never had an issue. Everything I have tried on their menu has been very good!“

“Everything!! But this visit was for ice cream!! The staff was so nice ! My brother” BKJ “ is special needs and he wanted ice cream ! They let us is in at 8:50pm and was very nice to serve us ! We ordered quickly and got our order to go ! So they could go home in a reasonable hour!! BKJ was a happy little man !!“
