“OK food for price and support local business. Nothing fancy but, recommend grilled chicken sandwich or Big Kahuna. Haven't had ice cream (Blue Bell) but, they have special price on certain days of the week (like when you were a kid). Longer wait time but, they wait to cook food when you order. Onion rings are good, too!“

“We weren't sure what we wanted to eat and what they had in this bar when we walked in, but the waitress was very polite and professional. She acknowledged us as we sat down and took our drink order. The ambiance is that of a dive bar and everyone there looked to be having a great time and great conversations. As for parking, it is on Main Street so we parked down and walked around. We all ordered the All American cheeseburger with tater tots. The burger was very tasty!! There were no complaints at all. I definitely recommend this place if you just want a cheeseburger!“

“Don't let the outside fool ya! In the original Shipley's location at 3310 S College Ave, next to Pepe's, this place has some of The Best homemade-tasting burgers you'll find anywhere in BCS! They make their buns from scratch right there in the kitchen and they are soft & pillowy. The fixins bar has shredded AND leaf lettuce, jalapenos, and everything you could want. If you haven't tried it yet, you MUST try the "Bulgogi" Burger! It's apparently some sort of Korean "Barbecue" but it does not have that tomato-y flavor. Fabulous. It's been operated by the same Korean family for as long as I can remember, and Jason at the front counter will ring you up and greet you with a flourish! Tell 'em Kip sent you!“

“The food is good. The portions are generous, and it didn't take long to be prepared. A unique place to eat with a definite "Aggie" atmosphere. I eat here often when I am in town.Parking: Easy to find a spot.Kid-friendliness: Easy restaurant to take small children as we had a high chair. The atmosphere is causal and family-friendly.“

“Excellent service, warm welcome beginning to end. They were packed and we showed up 15 minutes before closing and they were happy to serve us. We shared 15 pounds and 3 fixins, potatoes/corn/sausage, spicy chicken sandwiches & Jambalaya. The crawfish were classic LA style, all the spice in the meat, juicy heads just like you'd find in a family style backyard crawfish boil. None of the sprinkle or sauces like all the other places are doing. Genuinely a diamond in the rough. We didn't know they didn't serve beer so it must be byob, so we will be prepared for next time! Only thing missing was some good ole Zydeco playing to set the mood. 5 lbs for $28. Definitely recommend %!“

“Finally got a chance to try this place. We went for lunch on a Tuesday. Place was packed when we first got there (12:15) but slowly declined as the hour went by. Service was fantastic. “Been looking to try this place for awhile. Tried to simply show up a couple times at lunch, but missed the food each time. Today, I decided to text my order. Got a prompt response and an estimated time. Showed up to get my food and Charlie lived up to the hype. Charlie himself was a pleasure to talk with. He definitely exuded the vibes of someone who loves his craft, and knows he's good at it. It's so nice to visit a place that doesn't feel like a corporation, just a dude doing what he loves and sharing his talent. Paid my tab and he handed me my bag, which I almost dropped because it was so much heavier than I expected. He told me there were enough fries in there to choke a man, I laughed and said it sounded like me. A cute joke I thought... but he wasn't kidding.Got home, sat down, and opened it up. Oh my god. Don't try to be a hero, Charlie isn't messing around with portions! I'm a big guy, and I couldn't finish it. I tried, I truly did. The Bigggg Bacondouble was the best burger I've had in recent memory. It blew the doors off anything I've had since coming to College Station. Just a tick of sweetness, a bit of crunch, and balanced perfectly. The fries were a surprise. At first I thought they were a little bland but after eating a few the flavor builds and you just can't put them down. I wanted to, but I wasn't able to finish the fries either, Charlie wasn't kidding, I would have choked. Seriously, I will be back as soon as I recover. This is now my favorite food in College Station.“

“Was here for dinner on a Saturday night. Had chicken and brisket plate. The chicken was great! The brisket had a good flavor but was incredibly dry and not hot at all. Felt like it had been sitting under the heat lamp since the end of the lunch rush.“

“Can't believe I didn't know this place existed! It's such a cute place that gives off diner vibes. The whole decor looks like it's straight out of a 1940s, recently-colorized movie. I got a patty melt for the first time and it was pretty good, not gonna lie. It was a tad oily (grab a napkin to pat it down!) but very crispy. I'm a fan of crunchy foods so I enjoyed how crisp the bread came out. If you go during lunch hour, it will take ~15 minutes to get your food. The waiting staff was polite tho! Rating explanation: -1 star b/c patty melt was a tad oily, -1 star b/c the wait was longer than 5-10 min, +1 star for the diner vibes :)“

“The hamburger was pretty good, with the fresh made bun and all. The bun is not large, but the meat is thicker than a fast food hamburger, so it all equals out. They were busy, so it took about 10 minutes to get our food. The fresh cut fries were good, albeit pricey ($5.29 for a small order). The fresh chips were better, and not quite as pricey ($4.79). All in all, a hamburger meal for two was $24.53 with two iced teas, no shakes...“

“Ordered the bbq sandwich it was cold and very little meat on bun, bag was so light I had to check to see if the burger was in the bag and not just the bag of chips that came with it, I didn't get the brownie I ordered employee upgraded wrong drink and when I mentioned he had to re check the order to see if I was lying, I used to love coming here and the prices go up and the food goes down, I would provide a picture but it is not allowing me to add one“

“This place was amazing!! The food was great. Everything came out hot, fresh and looking like the picture. The food definitely did not disappoint. The waiter we had was super. He took our drink orders at the table after we ordered. It was packed but he was still super attentive and friendly. And don't get me started on the outside!! It was amazing. “I haven’t ate at DQ in a long time. I decided to give them another try. I ordered a chicken steak sandwich my bf ordered a belly buster. Both of our meals were freshly made. I ordered extra veggies and my burger wasn’t soggy. Our food was perfectly prepared even at 9:10pm and they closes at 10pm.“

“It’s so ridiculous why this establishment don’t have a 5star rating , for the first time I walked into this restaurant and what I noticed first was how patient the cashier , a 5 star to her , the seasoned fries gave me an insight on how tasty the burger will be it was so good , the Double Carter burger is so good that that I was almost crying when I noticed I have finished eating the burger , I am about to be addicted to this restaurant , I am giving 10/10“

I came to this location with my brother in law and the cashier ROXANN and her coworker (I don't remember this other girl's name, since I didn't see it right) were so kind when taking our order. I enjoyed coming to this Burger King. Roxann made me feel myself like at home. THEY OFFERED ME NOT JUST A SERVICE, but A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. These girls make this place shine. “Food was aiight. I got a burger. Wife got the maverick and she enjoyed it. Cheese fries were ok. The only seasoning was salt everything was salty and greasy. We got the munchie platter for the table. Some over cooked some undercooked. Would give it another go but the price was outrageous adding my buddy’s meal it totaled $82.“

“Dude get the app and order they it because drink are always half price and they throw bonus deals out in the app all the time. I used to pull up and order in the app and check in without ever hitting that red button. You save a ton of drinks that way.“
