“During a recent convention stay, I had the pleasure of dining twice for lunch at SWB in the Hyatt Regency on the lake. The experience exceeded my expectations, especially for a hotel venue. The lunch buffet and salad options were simply spectacular. Alyssa on the first day and Jeremy on the second ensured a consistently enjoyable dining experience. Although the food was a bit slow coming out of the kitchen, it was understandable given the busy event.“

“one of the best sushi places, in MY opinion, that I've ever had in the United States. I've traveled across almost all of the lower 48 and I am a avid sushi fan. This little gem is nestled near campus and it delicious! I worked on a high rise a few blocks away, and I would go in 2-3× a week for lunch. They're generally very prompt with your orders, and keep your drinks full. Nice waitresses that have a smile on their face. I really hope this place never closes. I will be sad af if it does
