“I drive 20 minutes out of the way to go to this canes. The food is ALWAYS fresh and cooked perfectly. Never cold or soggy fries like the other locations. The employees are great, amazing customer service and always smiling! I’ve been to a lot of canes, and this is my favorite one.“

“A few days ago we visited Pollo Regio on 28 and it seemed like a very good place to eat and we loved the tacos. The person who didn't serve us was very kind and we really liked this restaurant, thanks to Virginia for the kindness and kindness she served us.“

“I always enjoy coming to this Pollo Regio, it's my go to location, today they offered samples of their new sides.

A coleslaw, which i immediately made a taco with, and it tasted awesome with their signature seasoned half chicken.

Plantains or just bananas, they were grilled or fried one of the two, and they were definitely a nice treat at the end of the meal.

And then i believe a type of potato side, I am personally not a huge fan of potatoes, so please try them for yourself, as I will usually have nothing good to say about potatoes lol.

Other than that, the young lady that is always here Monday thru Friday is always kind and has a smile on her face (well most of the time haha)

The rest of the staff is very friendly and the food is always good!! If you haven't tried Pollo Regio, you are missing out.“

“This restaurant is small. It isn't ideal for large groups. Great place for a meet up with a friend. The customer service is excellent. When order, head to the front register then explore the options on the menu over the register. After you place your order, choose your table and your meal will arrive to your table by the number they provide you after placing your order.
The food was okay. I thought I ordered a bone in combo but tenders arrived to my table. I didn't send it back. I was in a rush plus the gentlemen who brought my order was super kind.

The taste for me was not unique to a brand. I guess I was expecting a signature receipe. It taste bland. The freshness was there and cooked to order, but I was not taken back from the sauce I selected. I guess I expected more. I definitely will try them again.“

“Was in there area and wanted to try this place out. And the food was delicious! I got the 3 piece dark with beans and okra. The chicken was fresh out I had to wait til it cooled down some to eat it. The beans was very good. I also had the pea can pie which was delicious as well. Oh and a pepper. “New spot by TCU for Korean fried chicken and wings. Wonderful flavors and so worth a visit. Also try the kimchi fried rice and say yes to the pickled radish that comes with the meal. My son Robert and I enjoyed our visit and took some fried chicken home for my husband.“

“This Lisa's is a basic fried fish and chicken place that also has a cooler with soft drinks. There is seating at tables for approximately 30 people. I had 1 dozen fried gizzards with a medium white gravy for dipping , a medium order of French fries , a 2 piece catfish fillet and a medium fountain drink for $18 and change. The gizzards were on point. The catfish was sizzling and crispy. The crinkle cut fries were hot , crispy and fluffy on the inside. The place isn't much to look at but the food is as it should be. 2 things that stood out for me were the clean well bussed tables and the fact the food was not over salted. If you have a hankering for something hot and fresh with a clean environment then try Lisa's !“

“After being detained @ MHC Kenworth for a day and half with a break down and eating most all my food in the fridge, I wished I’d walked down to this place sooner. Not a bad walk from KW Dealership and was pleasantly surprised that there was a convenience store to boot.
Ordered the 2pc Catfish Plt w/ green beans+coleslaw, spectacular! And for later ordered 2pc white chicken plt w/ mashed potatoes and small corn-on-the-cob. Already looking forward to supper. Portion sizes appear generous and I could barely finish the catfish plate.
My compliments to the cook and the folks that packaged everything as there were utensils, napkins and proper condiments(tartersauce,ketchup)included without having to ask.
After this being my first visit, I will return if ever in the area again and again. Fast friendly service. The place smells terrific, you won’t to leave.“

“Finally tried Dan's on mccart, and I wasn't disappointed. I love fried rice, and someone mentioned trying the EXTRA SPICY combination fried rice in the reviews, so I had to try it out! I was so glad I did. You have to request for him to make it, because it's not on the menu. He let me try it, before he officially plated it, my taste buds did a happy dance, because, he made the rice exactly how I wanted, and he took pride in making it. Parking: The parking lot is sometimes a bit tricky to get into when there is a long line. However, when the line is short, you will not likely have any issues.
