They were really short-staffed, and I felt really bad for them, but regardless of the wait , the gentleman was very nice , and I think Sonic needs to treat their people better, raises! “We took my 17 year old by request here for his birthday lunch. Our experience was amazing with Yesi as our waitress. From the second we sat down, she was there to greet us with a big smile & brought our drinks and appetizers out super quickly. She even offered to put our bday cake in a fridge (so thoughtful!!) She was prompt to take our order once our appetizers came out and we never once had to wait for a refill because she was so quick to notice when everyone was getting low. She organized a bunch of servers to announce that he was having a birthday and she just looked like she had so much joy while taking care of us. Our food came out perfectly hot & correct (she even remembered the extra ranch which if you’ve ever been a waiter, you know how easy that is to forget 🤣) I hope Yesi stays with the Bubba’s 33 family for a long time so when we got in the future we can request her!
