“My little getaway spot when I want to just go have breakfast alone. Not a bad place service is usually pretty good it can be a little slow but not the worst. The location could be better but not a deal breaker if your looking for a spot to go and eat this will do and if your just traveling through and need a place to eat this place will do the job. The bathroom is always clean. At least when I go tables are nice, the booths are the go-to, but all in all, I recommend“

“We had the best experience this weekend at Bonnell’s. Long story short we don’t go out to eat because my son has a lot of food allergies and it’s not easy to accommodate them. However it was his 13th birthday so we really wanted to celebrate. The chef worked with me prior to coming in and made sure my kiddo was able to have a wonderful and safe meal to celebrate a huge milestone. All of the staff were sweet and thoughtful as well. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm. I’m happy to forever brag on this restaurant!“

“I reccomend this place for a great night with family and friends .Atmosphere is perfect and Moody . We went on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm and sat outside on the patio .The staff is remarkable.
I had the Tomato Bisque Soup which was delicious and creamy and the side salad ,I recommend the house dressing for your salad because it was so tasty . My mother had the tuna salad and she loved it .My Grandson had the lettuce wraps which were delicious. My Sister in law had a burger she said it was good . My husband had the delicious meatball with rigotoni which was so big he couldn't finish .
The drinks were good .
We had wine , old fashioned, Mezcal Margaritas and a dirty Martini .Everyone enjoyed the drinks , oh and a Chocolate Martini .We had different desserts.
The Chocolate cake was delicious .The Pumkin cheesecake was amazing, the Chocolate ( pudding ) was so delicious , just make sure and share it with someone because it is rich !!
The price for everything was so reasonable . We felt like this place was very high end without the high end price .“

“I love this place, I come often, but please please please bring back the salmon tacos!!! They were my favorite thing to get and I would bring all my friends there just to taste them. I went today to find they changed them to tostadas and was heartbroken! The tostadas left a lot to be desired. Bring the tacos back!!“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“We hosted our rehearsal dinner at City Works Eatery and Pour House. Honestly nothing but great things from the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the staff. Colleen was so helpful throughout the planning process and she even came by on event day! They were flexible with us with possible rain on event day, but it all worked out perfect with the heaters on the patio. It was such a great evening thanks to the amazing team they have at City Works Clearfork! They made us feel like it was a small family dinner with hot meals and endless drinks while serving 100 of our guests. The team was professional, personable, and kind. I couldn't recommend more. We had a blast.“

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

“I’m upset at myself for waiting so long to come here. Of course I’ve heard about it and it was on my list for so long and finally gave it a chance. It wasn’t too busy so that may have played a part in it but still, the food was AMAZING! They have very interesting options for all preferences. I had the brisket Benedicts and were really really good. My friend had the chicken and waffles and the chicken was extra crispy and was great too. Our waiter took his time and was very patient and helpful so that was very much appreciated. I cannot wait to come back and try other dishes in their menu. I totally recommend it and now I understand why they’re always busy.“

“This was one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in a long time. The manager greets you with a huge smile on his face and is so welcoming and gracious, like a ray of sunshine. “I took myself here for my birthday dinner last year! I still remember how lovely of a time I had — I was away from home and wanted to have a nice dinner but it was very important to me to find a place that wouldn’t make me feel odd for celebrating alone!

First, the food was delicious, of course. It was expensive, of course, but definitely very appropriately priced for the quality of the food and experience! As a college student, I wanted to find a place where if it was expensive, I knew it was not overpriced, and it definitely was not! The steak and other foods I ate were delicious! The wine selection was also great and their sommelier was excellent and well versed on the menu.

Second, the service was lovely and I felt very well taken care of on my birthday. I never was made to feel awkward, out of place, or unimportant. In fact, they made me feel very welcome and treated me with compassion and kindness — even excitement — for my choice to spend my evening there! They were so kind and friendly. I loved the employees I talked to.

And finally, the atmosphere was beautiful and very appropriate. It was not anything overly themed or special, but it felt very nice and refined, and tailored to the quality of the restaurant and food.

Overall, I really loved my visit. I thank them greatly for the compassion and lovely experience for my birthday!“

“I went this Friday Feb 7th after work and it was much cleaner than I remember it to be. I guess new staff or new management. I have always liked the food here. It is really nice to see the cooks making the food in front of your face. Everyone I came in contact with that worked there was very nice. And the check out time was fast!
