“My little getaway spot when I want to just go have breakfast alone. Not a bad place service is usually pretty good it can be a little slow but not the worst. The location could be better but not a deal breaker if your looking for a spot to go and eat this will do and if your just traveling through and need a place to eat this place will do the job. The bathroom is always clean. At least when I go tables are nice, the booths are the go-to, but all in all, I recommend“

“Beef Philly was 10 outta 10. Chicken is delicious also. Boss Lady with onion rings is what the hubby got. He said it was so good. Onion Rings have a great batter, not frozen. They don't disappoint. Food is a must!“

“We had the best experience this weekend at Bonnell’s. Long story short we don’t go out to eat because my son has a lot of food allergies and it’s not easy to accommodate them. However it was his 13th birthday so we really wanted to celebrate. The chef worked with me prior to coming in and made sure my kiddo was able to have a wonderful and safe meal to celebrate a huge milestone. All of the staff were sweet and thoughtful as well. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is warm. I’m happy to forever brag on this restaurant!“

“Came for a Saturday brunch. They sat us on the rooftop which had pretty seating with a good view. Started off with the mimosa craft and the hummus for an appetizer then followed by the avocado toast. Everything was delicious. Service was friendly and restaurant was clean. We will definitely be back.“

“Great lively place! The atmosphere is very upbeat in here. The music pumping but you could still talk. The servers were super friendly and enjoyable. They have a big patio.
The food was great. The one pound meatball was cooked perfectly.
Would like to come back and try their brunch sometime!

“I can't say enough great things about our experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in on Friday night, the host greeted us with such warmth and kindness. It really set the tone for the evening.
Our server, Trevor, was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and carried a bright, genuine smile throughout the night. He made sure we were comfortable and checked in regularly without being intrusive - the perfect balance. I have celiac, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, making sure my meal was safe and delicious.
The entire staff consistently creates such a welcoming atmosphere, and that's why we keep coming back. If you're looking for a spot with amazing service, delicious food, and a caring team, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!“

“We hosted our rehearsal dinner at City Works Eatery and Pour House. Honestly nothing but great things from the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the staff. Colleen was so helpful throughout the planning process and she even came by on event day! They were flexible with us with possible rain on event day, but it all worked out perfect with the heaters on the patio. It was such a great evening thanks to the amazing team they have at City Works Clearfork! They made us feel like it was a small family dinner with hot meals and endless drinks while serving 100 of our guests. The team was professional, personable, and kind. I couldn't recommend more. We had a blast.“

“My family took me tonight for Mother’s Day celebration. The food was fantastic. The stuffed mushrooms and goat cheese appetizers were amazing. The chicken fried steak was so good. I see why it was voted best in FW. Margaritas were quite good. The server we had was not good. We were there 16 minutes and had to flag someone down. Then he was one of the worst servers I have had. He finally brought our drinks and took our order but we had to flag someone for refills or anything else we needed. He didn’t check on us until a while after we finished eating. I understand being busy but he didn’t seem to care. I have to say food was worth it though.“

“Tonight was my first time eating at Flower Child. My husband has spoken highly about this place, and it did not disappoint! I had the chicken entree with broccoli and mac n cheese. So tasty! Ended the night with some lemon oil cake, very tasty but not very lemony.“

“We were lucky enough to get a table for 3 at 6:30 on a Saturday night. I believe our servers name was Rudy (sorry if that's not right). Anyways he was great explaining the menu, his favorites, and popular dishes. We went with the gargonzola fries and the apricot brie with pita. Loved the fries but wish the cheese was spread out more over the fries. Only half the fries were topped which led to half just being normal waffle fries. Great taste and idea but execution could be a little better. I did not care for the brie but I'm not a fan of that. The rest of the table loved it so I would have to day it was good. Lol. I had the poblano burger for my entree. They cook it well done so I was worried but it was juicy and tasted very good. It was actually better than I expected! It also was served with fries. Washed it all down with the German pilsner which was really good and refreshing as well. Service was top notch and the pace of the meal was perfect. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try other dishes.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“Cool new location. Bar area has a great look and vibe as the center attraction when you enter. We sat at the bar and after a creative and yummy appy of elk sausage and creamy jalapeño polenta, we stayed for dinner.

Good news: my husband had the carne asada and a spicy cheese enchilada. He said it was the best dish he’s ever had. Huge portion, it can be split.

Needs Improvement: we sent the appy back because it was not hot. They made it right but it’s an unfortunate first impression of food. Bar tender was very nice and immediately took care of it

They accommodated my request of no potatoes, extra veggies on my petite filet steak dinner but they basically threw extra veggies on the plate. Not a good look

Finally it’s very pricey. We are from California and expect high priced food when we eat out. (Unfortunately) We did not expect it in downtown Fort Worth.“

“Food is incredibly good. We had all appetizers and shared. Brisket potstickers, deviled eggs, and the chips and dip. Wow on all but those homemade chips were exceptional, even the leftover ones later. Service is amazing as well. Whole place was totally worth the valet parking (super hard to find free parking).

Parking: Parking is hard to find as very limited spaces on the street. Parking garages were not open. Not to say that others couldn't find parking but it is difficult“

Added fried pickles and cheddar cheese sauce. Next time I’ll only order a half or whole philly cheesesteak sandwich. The philly cheesesteak and cheddar cheese sauce I included in my fat sandwich was bomb! But the fat sandwiches aren’t my thing. It was too much going on for me to enjoy it. I guess the establishment doesn’t accept calls. No one answers the phone! When I arrived, it didn’t take long to prepare my order. The service was decent, and the establishment had a cool vibe.“
