“My daughter and I went to Chicken Salad Chick this past weekend and had a great experience. We called before we came in and the individual we talked to was super kind and informative. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but her customer service was on point. When we arrived, everyone one was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The establishment was clean, comfortable and honestly felt like a nice sit down restaurant. The food was so flavorful, and tasty. My daughter is a picky eater, and absolutely loved the food!“

“There are only 2 locations in Tyler. Neither are convenient to me. I called in an order since I was in the area. When I got my sandwich to the office it wasn't made correctly. I had asked for no tomatoes and add mayo on wheat. I got white bread and no mayo! Glad I had it Mike's Way...I HATE dry sandwiches!! Next time I'll order it inside and watch them make it!“

“We had the pick two plates. One of us had the BLT with Tomato Basil Soup. The BLT was very good, with lots of bacon and the soup YUM, but I’d prefer the croutons on the side so they don’t get soggy. The other had Green Chili Chicken Sandwich and Cavatappi Pasta. Both were sooo good. Downside was that they close at 7:30 and our small group wanted to eat the hangout and visit for a bit. It was a very nice evening so we chose to sit outside which was a win-win for everyone. The staff were very accommodating and checked on us regularly. Thank You“

“Any time I’m in Tyler, I stop by this location to grab a sandwich. They are always upbeat and friendly from the moment we walk in. Today there was a situation where the gentleman in front of me draped his hand over the glass, and they politely asked him to not hang his hand over the food and the man made a scene. The employee handled the situation very maturely and even offered an apology to me for the behavior even though they did nothing wrong. I will continue to frequent this location not only because I love the sandwiches but because I appreciate the stellar customer service! Thank you to the staff for providing me yummy and germ-free food!“

“I love Schlotz a lot!!! The food is great. The store by the hospital has the friendliest service and is the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen I think. The app is frustrating but that's not the fault of the fine people at the store.“

“The food was tasty and what I’d expect as a standard at a chain. The staff was less than enthusiastic. They made the sandwich and it tasted great but that small amount of kindness was missing . Maybe pay them better…kindness shouldn’t cost anything…like “thank you” or “have a nice day” or “enjoy” when passing a customer the sandwich with a smile. Also, the question I asked about the app seemed to ignite annoyance in the staff as I was told they have nothing to do with the app. I can’t use my card in the app without Apple Pay and I don’t want to use Apple Pay. Do I still get pairings and free stuff? I don’t know, because even by putting my phone number in at time of purchase in the store doesn’t result in corresponding change in the app suggesting I even made a purchase. Also, I can’t get delivery to my work from this location in the app. Restaurant was very clean.“

“Ordered through the app. This location doesn't have all that others have on their menu. I chose to pick up in store but the doors were locked even though the sign said open.
Went through the drive thru. They got my drink wrong also. Doubt I'll go back to this location. Instead, I'll drive a little further to avoid this location“

“This positive review regards a Subway Manager in a (Wal-Mart) Subway located on Troup Highway, Tyler ,TX named Jacob. I purchased a sandwich there yesterday, and used my Debit Card to pay. I did not realize I had lost my card until I was in a store today, looked for my credit card in my billfold, and did find it. Of course I was horrified. Remembered I had gone to Subway as my last stop yesterday. Called and talked with Jacob, Mgr. After I talked
with him and gave him identifying info on myself and card, he told me he had my card!! After going to Subway this afternoon, he asked for my ID, and gave me my Debit Card! I am so very appreciative you have such an honest, compassionate and reliable Manager. He certainly made my day!! Jacob is ‘one of the good guys’! P Collier“

“Service was friendly but slow. It seemed they may have been understaffed. The atmosphere was plain and needled a little refreshing. The food was as expected and displayed clean and fresh.
Vegetarian options: All fresh and lots to offer
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out the doors but parking was a little tight“

“Our sandwichs were good. An employee helped me bring the food to the table for 3 people. The dining area and restrooms were clean. For a medium sandwich with a drink be prepared to pay over $15 per person after tax. I would like to eat here more often, but it's just not affordable for our family when we can buy all the ingredients from the grocery store to build our own meal at home for significantly less.“

“Today at the Gentry location in Tyler Texas Shae had excellent customer service very pleasant very accommodating I really really good visit. I don't go to Subway very often and I don't think I've ever had as good experience as I had today.“

“The current 2 empress working here are amazing both guys working dinner shift tonight on a Sunday, my sandwhich was wrong they fixed my issue immediately no problems or hassles at all they were very helpful and kind about it, I've dealt with both of them on 2 separate occasions and they were great those times as well, they deserve a raise or at least some high praise at the very least, they are working hard to represent your company so make sure you take care of them for that....“
