“Came In Cheddars Scratch Kitchen to go on Friday night 03/07/2025 with my children. And I was greeted by Ms. Kate D. She was very professionally nice, with patience of each order, made she sure I took my time and was engaging with me and my children. She also made sure that she re-read me my order to make sure their were no errors. When the food was done it was nicely packed, had all the condiments and made sure to ask if there was anything else that was needed if she had forgotten anything but it was perfect with A-1 service. I love genuine, nice, and kind individuals like Kate. That love what she does and doesn't act as if it's just for a paycheck. Thank you Kate for making my experience a good one. “Big Bertha’s Bar & Grill did not disappoint for my first visit there. Brisket was nice and marbled. The ribs were so tasty and juicy. I also tried their sweet corn and fried okra. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Their patrons were also helpful in recommending their favorite eats. On a side note..I had ordered the 2 meat plate. The brisket was a little cold upon arrival but when asked how my food was I informed the owner and he made it right immediately. Will definitely visit this establishment again.“
