“Today's visit I ordered carry-out to eat in so that my food would be ready when I arrived and I could avoid any line to hang with friends and small children. I was two minutes out (didn't have location on) but said I was at restaurant. By the time I arrived, found parking (lot was full, pouring rain) and got inside, it was well over 5 minutes. When I went inside, order wasn't ready, but they got my coffee (lukewarm) and creamer while I waited. My friends got in line and ordered while I was waiting for mine. Their table service came to them while I was still waiting for my carryout ( a breakfast sandwich, fruit). I asked about it and they said they would check. It was sitting there waiting, along with other orders, and also lukewarm.
I rarely eat in a CFA anymore, but this is not my normal experience for any CFA, so I'm hoping this was an exception.
My coffee refill was hot and fresh, better than the first! 🎉
Staff was courteous, as always, and regularly checked on our table to see if we needed anything.“

“Both Managers are really cool and professional, especially the lady with the glasses and comforting smile. But..... it's a couple of lady's in this establishment that give off really bad vibes and alot of attitude. My Wife went in a couple weeks ago and asked for fresh chicken. The woman served a Hispanic man before her, was really nice to him, gave him all fresh chicken, then served my wide all the old chicken and was apiece short of 10. When she asked for honey she gave her 1 with a big attitude. She finally had enough and spoke too the manager. He apologized and made it right for her. This is common her because I've been put in the position where I had to become almost aggressive in order to get my order correct and what we should receive as a paying customer. We are from Belize and we just look at these Latinas and laugh, it funny how they act to darker people.“

“I went through the drive through where Wesley was working this morning. He has a great personality for taking care of customers. The product was as great as it always is, which is no surprise, but you can’t train personality and happiness like Wesley displayed.“

“Will no return. Cold, old chicken. Buffet had nothing but legs wings an backs. Food had been on stream table for hours. No taste, tea was old. It was 28.12 for 2 ppl an a total waste of our money. I will tell anyone that ask not to waste their time or money.“
