“keyaki sushi is my favorite! i used to go to garage grill for my sushi nachos. then my best friend sent me a recommendation. ,,,, holy moly! I do wish they'd have an option on door dash to hold jalapenos and add other ingredients, like king crab and fish eggs. people would pay extra. I would! I highly recommend this place but be careful, if you have them, you will get addicted! best ever!“

“This is truly a wonderful sushi place. If you're in Lehi for any reason and you don't come here, you're making the biggest mistake of your life.

To say the food is delicious is an understatement. The care with which each roll is made is obvious as each roll lands at your table. The fish is clearly high quality and the veggies are as well. Even a veggie roll has a sophistication you don't see elsewhere.

Furthermore, the staff is amazingly friendly. This includes the itamae (sushi chefs) who answered questions with grace and aplomb. We had the pleasure of Brylee serving us, and she came frequently to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed.

I have nothing negative to say about this experice. Truly a wonderful evening with family and good food, made better by the staff.“

I tried 3 rolls here, the Double Spice, the Kamikaze, and the Rich and Rich, all of them were so good I had a hard time deciding which I liked most because each had a unique flavor profile. “Overall this little spot is decent and I like it because it’s close to my home. I’ve traveled all over including Japan, and true, it’s not your high end spot. However, rolls are good for the price and staff has always been friendly and quick. Takeout is fast and easy.“

The food is good and fresh, a wide variety of rolls and sashimi, and solid apps.

Best part of it is the price. Most of the rolls are $10, so it’s close to half the cost of comparable sushi places.“

“We visit this place almost every week. I love the fact that the waiters and managers recognize us, they'll ask about our date and even have our order down. Food is always fresh and delicious. We get the Teriyaki Chicken dinner with no vegetables, Monarch sushi, then the Hernan Chicken Tacos of the Curry. For drinks I usually get green tea, we normally spend about $30 + tips so about 40-50 personally, for 2 people. Portions are good.“

“Echoing what others have said: the food is consistently really good for the price. Unlike other discount sushi places, Yi Sushi’s rolls have a variety of ingredients, flavors, and textures instead of just tempura shrimp and imitation crab on repeat.
But their customer service is pretty bad. The food is good enough to put up with it, but beware of the following:
- They are soooo slow. It took them over 30 minutes to take our order…on a Tuesday night. Don’t make plans after dinner, you will be late to them
- They say they take reservations but don’t trust them to honor it. I knew they had one table that could sit 12-14 people and I called right when they opened in the morning to reserve for a group that large for a birthday dinner. They told me I had a reservation but when we arrived, another group was sitting at the one large group table. I told the hostess that I had made a reservation and she went over to the other group and talked to them, but then she came back and split my group up into two tables without an explanation, apology, or peace offering.“

“I hardly leave reviews unless they're really good or junk. This one deserved a great review. Ask for Austin! Super cool guy who hooks you up with whatever you need. Even when I thought we were ordering a lot, he would describe how much we're having and was confident what we could finish.

Went in for a Valentine's Day dinner at 5pm and even though the wait list had 9 parties in front of us and the host said the wait said an hour it only took us 25min to be seated and have our drinks and orders taken. We ordered probly 5-6x and got things within a few min of finishing our food.

All the fish tasted fresh and just melted in your mouth. Get all the premium nigiri and carpaccio. The King and Jintastic were our favorite sushi rolls. Lowkey the Korean galbi and fried chicken was fire too. Mochi ice cream is real good too.

Entree servings are small which is good so you can try many things and not be scared of having to pay for leftovers.“

“First time here. Absolutely amazing! We had a dishes and both were amazing. Every roll is art! Sat at the sushi bar and it’s the best seat in the house. The Sushi chefs Eddie and Yee are there and you can chat with them and there’s always something to look at. they made Sushi roll super fast and the Sushi Rolls so yummy. The restaurant has a real nice and clean vibe too. The restrooms were clean as well. Definitely my favorite sushi spot in SLC. If I were rating our experience on food/atmosphere, this would have been 5/5 stars.“

“My family celebrated the birthday of my wife and our kids mom. We reserved the big table with the rotating table top. It was so fun. Jeff was our incredible waiter. He was truely the BEST. Everytime we go here it is incredible, we do our team meetings here, we sit and work here, Matt the server is incredible. Dean the manager does amazing hospitality and manages exceptionally well. Even when we left our food on accident and it got tossed, we asked to order a half serving since we forgot it. And they made us a full one. Best restaurant, bar, staff, servers, atmosphere, and management we’ve been to in the state. They never let us walk away disappointed or dissatisfied. Just ask for dean if you ever have an issue and you will not be disappointed.
