I’ve been a proud FiiZ customer since the early days and have always loved supporting this Utah-born business. Over the years, it became more than just a stop for drinks—it was a place my family and I enjoyed together, creating many good memories along the way.

As a veteran who served for 12 years, I was especially touched by the way FiiZ previously recognized military members, first responders, and their families. The $1 drink offer felt like a genuine thank-you, and it meant a lot to feel seen and appreciated. While I understand that programs and policies change over time, I’ll always be grateful for that gesture and what it represented.

During a recent visit, there was some unexpected confusion regarding discount eligibility, which was surprising given our past experiences. Even so, I recognize that employees are simply following current policies, and I appreciate the work they do every day to serve the community.

“We came here at 9:30 at night, there was one girl who was being absolutely horrible she had green hair, while the other one jaylin(?) Was being the sweetest, she was helpful, kind, and making sure we got everything. I am glad with the service we got from jaylin but I believe the other girl needs to be trained more because even if shes been having a rough day, her customers dont deserve it nor do her coworkers she definitely needs to be more professional“

“I just adore getting cookies from Crumbl! The employees are always so quick to get orders out and during the crazy of Dubai week, I could see how hard they were working. Oh and the cookies always taste so good! Dirt Cake and Dubai Brownie are my favorites!“

“My son and some friends decided to mountain bike from North Fork to Mantua. They took a lot longer than they expected and didn't bring enough food or water for the trip that turned out to be longer than they expected. We picked them up in Mantua and took them all down to the Dairy Queen for burgers and shakes. They devoured their food and all felt much better. I grabbed a burger as well and it was absolutely delicious even without having expenses all of my energy. We will be back.“
