When I went in, I felt uncomfortable and that the 2 girls working were judging me. They turned the screen around to get a tip, but they hardly talked to me and didn't even welcome me in (on their phones), so I didn't leave a tip. I always enjoy the fruit bowl, but the service wasn't the greatest.“

Who cares that it’s an hour away from home, it’s worth the drive! I had the granola pancake (🤤) and my friend had the strawberry french toast special (equally delicious). “I love this place, my favorite Boba place around with the most milk tea options. It's just the lobby has been looking a bit gross lately. The floors, the walls, the counter walls, and especially the bathroom are getting dirty looking with stains that it's making me feel gross looking around while waiting for my drink.“

“The staff at Hug-Hes tonight were truly a godsend. We were about an hour from home, looking for a place to eat, and decided to stop in. We had our 5-year-old with us and were pleasantly surprised by the variety on the kids’ menu.

While we were waiting for our food, our son suddenly got sick and threw up—nothing related to the restaurant at all. He was panicked, and we needed to head home quickly. As my wife helped clean him up, I worked with the staff to take care of the mess. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire situation.

I was very apologetic and asked if we could cancel our order, and there was absolutely no hesitation. Their only concern was making sure we could get our child home and taken care of. The manager was especially amazing—I didn’t catch her name, but she went out of her way to support us and make sure everything was handled smoothly.

Because of the staff alone, we will definitely be returning. Also, the beer bread was excellent“

“I just moved here from Florida last winter and during such I was looking for a local bakery for that “every now and again treat”. After a few trips I have gathered that between the extremely friendly service, the delicious baked goods, and the surprisingly scrumptious chicken salad on cheddar pretzel roll...this place is an amazing gem for the citizens of North Salt Lake/Bountiful/Woods Cross. Every time I go in I feel like a kid who just got handed $10 and a free pass from the tooth fairy. Love it!“

“Came in for a lunch take out and the service we received was wonderful. Very sweet family that runs the business. My daughter and I very much enjoyed our lunches (ginger stir fry and Thai fried rice). It isn’t the best Thai restaurant out there (you’ll have to go to LA or just Thailand for that) but I thought it was very delicious, well seasoned and portioned and the prices were very affordable. Definitely coming back with my kids!“

We had the House appetizer which was delicious. My wife ordered the spaghetti and she was so happy with the flavor and portion. “I ordered online. I ordered the Szechuan chicken and the beef with mixed vegetables. Both were very, very delicious. The food was ready to go on time and was hot off the stove.
My critiques:
I paid extra to upgrade from plain rice to ham fried rice and from plain white rice to vegetable lo-mein. The vegetable lo mein literally had NO vegetables. It should be called “plain lo mein”. The ham fried rice had barely any detectable ham in it. It should be called “somewhat ham fried rice”. I asked for packets of sweet and sour sauce and the lady told no because my order didn’t include it. The atmosphere is not very inviting, almost like they don’t want you to sit down and eat there. Lastly, the online order app automatically adds about a 20% tip on a pickup order! You can edit it if you know it’s there, but it would be easy to miss.“
