I used to be a big fan of yours. We would order $ hundreds in food from you each week.
This last 1lb order of brisket is absolutely horrible. What’s worse is when I called to speak to Issac the manager, he didn’t offer to make it right.
I understand that it is difficult to find people who want to work, especially in the food service industry. But I have to say the service at the Farmington location is terrible. They had plenty of staff, but nobody to lead them. It’s like they all didn’t know what to do. They needed leadership and had none. My 13 year old daughter said she could run this place better than whomever was in charge, and she’s not wrong.
You have people, lead them to do their jobs.
I have gotten the chicken plate a few times now and the meat is always so tender and delicious! I love it paired with their BBQ sauce.
