“We tried to order on the touch screen but it was being stubborn with a specific combo. The staff member took our order and he was very nice.

Coffee was great, food was great. Kiddo loved her donut and drink. Which they were open just an hour longer but I get it as to where it’s location at.

I do miss the one off base that was close to Starbucks but I feel this one get more business now.

Place is clean and you can definitely tell it was a mess hall/ DFAQ way back when.“

“This is the only Starbucks that still makes the brown sugar oatmilk latte as good as it was when it was first released. It actually tastes like coffee instead of just flavored oat milk. SO GOOD and always consistent. The baristas are super nice and friendly too.“

I have seen the employees make many people happy and smile with a very short conversation my self and others just by observing their interaction with people in front of me in the drive through. “Little tea place but huuuge boba and chai selection. The barista was super friendly and helpful with our selections. All of our boba teas were amazing. Was nice to have a blended drink that wasn't 80% ice. Only drawback was no selection on POS system to select tip for staff, only a cash tip jar. We find this cheats the staff out of their tips as so few people carry cash anymore. It's so important to be able to reward great help these days. We luckily had some cash on us and gladly tipped. You have a keeper and great drinks.“

“I drove around to different Starbucks in search of the Macadamian Cold Brew a sweet girl at this location told me they were gone for the year and listened to me wine and cry , and when I pulled up to get my order she surprised me with a drink that was just as good as the Macadamian cold brew . I wish I would have got her name . She had glasses on and was working the drive-through around 5:00 P.M., That is over the top customer service . I hope she gets recognized . We both had one of their current seasonal drinks and really enjoyed them. There is limited seating, but wasn't a problem this morning.“

We go to many different beans and brews and have never been taxed an extra 2 bucks for that. The person openly admitted that the manager has told them to do this. “I have visited this location on multiple occasions and am generally satisfied. In my last couple of visits, there have been issues with drinks being incorrect; don’t write a review on a “one off experience” so this was worth mentioning.
However, today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! We had asked for the barista to just double check a request, as there had been a few mistakes recently. Brecklyn unexpectedly refunded our current order, apologized for previous mistakes, not likely done by them, and also gave reassurance that the beverage today would Be correct and to go further and offer “your next one’s on us” ! Coming from customer service, this was so refreshing!!! Thanks Brecklyn! Starbucks is lucky to have you!!!“
