We live a half hour away from this store and I’m contemplating driving here every time I have a frozen dairy hankering, Zach and Conner were all stars. I’m going to follow their service career and only go place they work at. They asked the most attentive questions about our needs, I felt like I was at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. They are the epitome of service, friendliness and hard work. I saw no staff on phones (rare for a quiet Sunday evening), everyone smiled and even in (what can’t be comfortable) outfits they were the best! I heard your franchising… my biggest request is you transfer the store culture and service attitude. I’d eat baskin Robbin’s level ice cream( eww) at your service levels. “October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! “Tried this great little gem today in the shopping plaza on 47th south between the 215 on/off ramps and 27th west. Staff was super friendly and quick and the treats were delicious! I had a specialty flavor (rainbow) while my son went with a custom creation and both were garnished with a cute tropical umbrella. Loved the vibe in the store and that its a woman owned local small business. Check them out! You won't regret it :)“

The shop is like the ones you will find if you went to Mazatlan, Cancun, or Puerto Villarta. I've traveled or sailed a few times to these destinations and going to Antojitos is like taking a mini vacation.

“I love Handles! They have lots of flavors of ice cream to choose from. They will let you try them before purchasing. I love to get their sampler, which is 4 scoops. Then I can get my favorite ice cream, which is cookies and cream, and then try some other flavors. The s service is great!“

“Although they are known for their ice cream tacos the staff member told me to order a shake. I went with their favorite Coconut Delight. Carmel, coconut and chocolate were a great mixture.
They had dairy free options and if ice-cream isn’t your thing get a soda or a dirty soda. There’s other amazing summer choices to cool down and relax.“

After the owner took the time to respond so courteously to my review, I decided to give them another chance. Keera and Indigo assisted me and truly took the time to listen to my previous experience. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I genuinely appreciate their empathy and dedication to great customer service. I also tried the mango sticky rice that’s been trending on TikTok—and it did not disappoint! Thanks to how well these ladies treated me, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I visited this place based on a recommendation that they had great drinks and was looking forward to a good experience—but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.

When I walked in, I asked for a recommendation, and the girl who helped me was friendly and suggested the “Milky Way,” describing it as similar to a root beer float with soft serve ice cream. However, when I received the drink, it didn’t include any soft serve.

I went back to clarify, and another girl with green hair told me that the first employee didn’t say it came with soft serve, only that it could be added. I ended up paying extra to have it added, hoping that would improve the drink.

Unfortunately, it still didn’t taste good. After just a few sips, I politely asked if I could swap it for something else. The response I received was dismissive—the girl told me, “You drank half of it and didn’t have a problem with it before,” which wasn’t true. I hadn’t even finished a third of it and was only trying to see if the added soft serve would help the flavor.

As a first-time customer, I was really disappointed by both the miscommunication and the customer service. I had high hopes based on the recommendation, but sadly, I won’t be returning.“

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm always on crutches (I have not had to use my electric chair) and they always bring my cookies to the car for me. All the stores I have visited have plenty of room to accommodate my chair if needed.“

Wheelchair accessibility: It doesn't have a fancy push button that opens the door for you but you could ride up in there if someone held the door for you“

I wasn't a fan of their Italian ice flavors, probably because they are all artificial flavoring and I am far too reminded of medicine I had as a kid. ? Others seemed to really enjoy it, so to each their own, but if you don't like banana flavoring, do yourself a favor and don't try the banana Italian ice.“

“You won't find the kindness and courtesy they practice here anywhere else. I have to talk about the product that they make themselves, it is delicious, factory ice creams and popsicles can be found anywhere, but here you will find authentic flavors and textures like those of Mexico, the fresh waters are really delicious because they are made with fruits and not dust like everywhere else. They sell other delicious snacks and drinks that they prepare on the spot like Tejuino, nowhere else in Utah do they have this flavor. Personally, I like to pay for quality, and their products are worth it.“

“At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? The brown sugar milk tea with traditional Boba was the best boba I have ever had! It was so good I am considering going back tomorrow before I leave town! Good job, Hello Boba. They dont just put a little they give you a lot of shaved ice and it doesn't melt really fast.. and they have so many flavors to pick from I think theres 36 or more and there all pretty good.. if your looking for some some good shaved ice for summer I recommended you come to this place I love there shaved ice and so does my family“

“I've been coming to Baskin-Robbins my entire life. I know their business hours in my head. They're open until 10:00 p.m. daily. Including Sundays. That's why I was surprised to see the open sign turned off at 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Actually drove away and then decided to double check the hours on google. Sure enough until 10. I used to own a small restaurant and it was a huge piece of mine when I would catch my staff turning the sign off early to deter business if they wanted to go home. I did actually call the Baskin Robbins staff out for the sign being turned off and nobody took responsibility. I saw several other cars pull in a drive off like I did. Hope the franchise owner sees this and either fixes the broken sign or redirects their staff to never do this again. This is how people go out of business.“
