“I love Brew Monkey and their staff. However, the drive-thru is a mess. They need to staff properly on weekends and not allow the drive-thru queue to wait over 20 minutes. Drive thru business is just as important as walk in customers. Your staff must learn the balance. Nothing wrong with the next person in line in house to wait their turn while the drive-thru order is filled. One drive-thru per every 2 in house is not unreasonable. Surely, the inhouse customers understand you run a drive-thru too. Get on top of it - coffee places popping up all over Magna. If you snooze you lose.“

“This restaurant has stopped being open 24 hours a day multiple times. I've gone there at 4:10 a.m. and they told me it was closed and opens at 6 a.m. They need to update their hours on Google Maps. They had excellent service, but this changed a month ago.“

“Great products and great service. What more can you ask for? My story if you’re interested in the extent this small bakery goes through for service. I live in Idaho. My parents in West Jordan. I like to get them treats on occasion. Getting a good product, you never see and getting it to them at the right time has been the challenge. This latest occasion was for Father's Day 2023. I looked up some local bakeries on google that I hoped could deliver in time and had good reviews. I didn't know what to expect when I got in touch with the Flour Box Bakery. It was after hours when I sent a message on their website, expecting to be contacted the next day. I received a message from Gienie (pronounced Jenny if I'm not mistaken) at 9:42 PM that night. We texted and agreed Friday at 9AM to talk. As agreed, she called me on time. Of course, as timing goes, I wasn’t available to talk. She texted me again to follow up. We texted and talked and all of it was smooth and helpful. Initially I was looking for delivery but upon ordering I had a change of plans. I bounced back and forth between pickup and delivery a few times. Gienie was amazing and patient with her accommodations. Not only did she take care of what I needed, she gave great advice. She texted me when the baking was completed and another when it was delivered. She also threw in a few favorites as “extras” at no charge, which was not necessary but appreciated. I didn't get to personally taste the product being in Idaho. I did confirm with my parents who gave rave reviews on the baked goods and friendliness of servcie. I look forward to trying other products and will be ordering more on my next trip to visit. Thank you Gienie.“

“I like this location. Agreed that a drive through would be nice but the location just wouldn’t work. I enjoy having a morning hot shower and stopping by a couple times a month.

Good morning peeps. A quick update for this store: I like breakfast sandwiches, but I don’t handle cheese very well anymore. I can bring in an outside sandwich and the staff has never said anything to me about doing so. This makes this store just a little bit more enjoyable to relax in. 😊“

“Stopped in again this morning and got some of their names, Deja Chanel and Tony - the 6 AM weekday crew members deserve to be acknowledged. Their smiles their friendly positive attitudes, their fun messages on my everyday white mocha with peppermint, their genuine care, all of it brings me back day after day. I know I'm going to have a FANTASTIC day when it starts with these fine individuals lifting my spirits and bringing out my own smile. I don't believe they have any idea how much their positive energy impacts others, but they deserve to know they are KICKING BUTT IN LIFE!

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“
