“I came in on Thursday night with a friend and the food was great! The manager, Nick was very kind. However, I asked about his coworker, Nizone, because she was honestly not friendly at all. When we walked in she just looked me in the eye and didn't say welcome. When I told her what I wanted on my sandwich she rolled her eyes and Nick ended up making it for me. She forgot to put mayo on my friends sandwich. It didn't ruin my experience, because Nick and the other boy were friendly, but it is worth mentioning because she did make me feel bad.“

The restaurant itself is very small, hence the 3/5 stars for atmosphere.
I love the steak fajita wrap with no tomatoes, but avocado instead and jalapeño ranch instead of the regular one. It’s ridiculously scrumptious.“

“Had a great experience at the Springville jersey Mikes. Service was super fast even though it took me a few minutes to decide what to get. The manager helped me get what I was looking for. My food was great. I would recommend this store to anyone that in the area.“

“This was my go to place back in college. A warned 8 inch Sensuous was perfect. 25 years later, it's still the same. The service was fast and friendly, the sandwich was delicious. I do recommend this place.“

“Came with our missionary before dropping her off at the MTC - I remember this place from the 90s as a college student and Wow the memories came flooding back! The kids loved it today and the ladies here are SO nice. The wall of “24-inchers” is fun to browse and the “motivational” posters are still funny after all these years. Same great sandwiches!“

Parking: The parking is a little small but is really close to the door to the point where u don’t have to walk to an extreme amount to get to the store or park far away“

“This particular Subway is very nice. They are nice to everyone and patient with people who are a little bit slower to order.
Parking: Three parking spaces are close to the front door, with a few more across the small parking lot. They share with a lot of businesses, which affects the availability of course.“

“Jersey Mike’s, you have my heart… and my digestive system in a chokehold. Your sandwiches? Impeccable. Top-tier. Easily in my top three sandwich spots. The bread is soft yet sturdy, the meats are fresh, and that Mike’s Way magic is a gift from the sandwich gods. Every bite is a perfect harmony of flavor and regret.
Because here’s the thing—every time I indulge in your heavenly subs, my stomach transforms into a geological disaster zone. We’re talking molten lava, tectonic shifts, and a full-blown Mount Vesuvius reenactment. The moment I take that last bite, I know I’ve signed a contract with the underworld. I don’t know what dark alchemy goes into your ingredients, but my intestines could probably power a small city with the sheer force of what follows.
Yet, like a fool, I return. Again and again. Because the sandwiches are just that good. So, would I recommend Jersey Mike’s? Absolutely. But only if you’re prepared to face the consequences. Eat at your own risk.

“Oh my goodness, the absolute best employee at the Union location...her name is Vickie. From her initial greeting and then talking to us while taking our order, she was amazing. Happy and absolutely loved her job!! You can use her for an example of the ideal employee! I am visiting for Texas and found out she has a cousin not too far from me. Wish we had Cubby's by us...FYI Contractor Fries...YUM!“

“I was impressed with Myra’s customer service and friendliness. My sandwich was absolutely delicious. What more can you ask for? Have been driving to this subway even though Springville’s is closer because of how much better the sandwich’s are here.“
“I normally do not have a problem with this store. I have ordered delivery from the app many times. last time I ordered I got a message saying something was wrong with my card. I got lunch so where else. I noticed a pending charge for them. I thought the charge would go away when they realized that they never made my order. nope I got charged for a delivery to I never got. I called be and talked to a nice in young man and he took my information and said he someone would be back with me. so far nothing. I feel like I got robbed. I guess I made a donation to them. I am don't know maybe business is bad so they need my money. lesson learned“

“Had lots of trouble ordering online due to the app and website being a real difficult and not accepting payment. Tried with multiple sources and phones. Management's hands are tied and can not honor online specials.... not right corporate!“

“Typically, my husband and I have a good experience at firehouse. Today, we placed an order online 40 minutes before scheduled pickup. It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. So 5⭐️ for firehouse in general. 2 ⭐️ (at best) for service given today.“
