“Best subs you can get out of a chain experience! The grilled stuff is good, but the cold cuts are where they really shine. They also take gluten free seriously and educate their employees about wiping down equipment, changing gloves, etc. The quality of the sandwich construction can vary, but I’m always happy with one of their subs for dinner. My main complaint is that when ordering for pickup I always have to check if they gave me the right drink—I’ve been given a regular Mountain Dew instead of the Diet Dew I ordered a handful of times.“

“I normally do not have a problem with this store. I have ordered delivery from the app many times. last time I ordered I got a message saying something was wrong with my card. I got lunch so where else. I noticed a pending charge for them. I thought the charge would go away when they realized that they never made my order. nope I got charged for a delivery to I never got. I called be and talked to a nice in young man and he took my information and said he someone would be back with me. so far nothing. I feel like I got robbed. I guess I made a donation to them. I am don't know maybe business is bad so they need my money. lesson learned“

It was lunch time and busy, but welcome to the world of restaurants? When I walked in and saw that my order wasn’t on the rack for pickup orders, so I politely asked where my order was or for an update, I was was told: “It’ll get there when it gets there.” “Well, sorry I’m working.” And “excuse me?? What did you say?” I literally had to tell the girl “I wasn’t rude to you so please don’t be rude to me.” Kind of ridiculous to walk in and be met with crap attitude and slow service. An order placed 40 minutes prior to pickup schedule shouldn’t take 55 minutes to make. It also shouldn’t be wrong and missing items. This was honestly the best Subway I have had since 2005. The bread was so fresh, I got my sub toasted and usually when I do that the sub is overdone and hard. Today? Nope it was perfectly balanced and toasted. The portions were FILLED! Honestly so much chicken in my sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich! Everything was so freaking delicious and I just sat there amazed at how it felt to actually eat a really freaking good Subway sandwich again! This is how Subway should taste! I also ordered cookies and my goodness, they were fresh, perfectly soft and not doughy or hard and overcooked! Kudos to the team here and I'll definitely be a returning customer!!!!“
