“Had never heard of this place before but I’m so happy I found it- the best spicy fried chicken! Crispy, juicy and delicious! The spice is balanced and flavorful. I have tried the medium, spicy and lift off and all have been excellent! While the liftoff definitely had my eyes watering- it was still a very good ‘warmth’. Both visits I have got the sandwich+ tender combo.
Also- the crispness of the crinkle cut fries with their house sauce is amazing!
10/10 would recommend!

“First time! Went w my girls on our lunch and i think the manager took our orders; he was so nice and awesome, told me about the spiciness levels in detail and was so awesome! Food was soooo good and fresh, wish I took a better picture, the fries were surprisingly still crispy when I ate it a few hours later
I thought the spicy level was going to be spicy from how it was described and I normally can’t handle spicy but the spicy for me tasted medium, next time imma ask for the next level up of spicy

“My favorite chicken place by far. I always order the chicken and waffles with buffalo sauce- it's the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The house fries and fry sauce are chefs kiss. Make sure to request ranch- it's delicious with the fries and the chicken. The music and atmosphere is a vibe. PS you can get amazing deals if you have the rewards app. You get a different reward monthly and you get points for every dollar spent. Today i got the chicken and waffle combo for 10 dollars with my reward. Can't beat that.“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“We've been going to this KFC weekly and today when we showed up again the sweet young man that is a manager there greeted us with our usual order and already had our cups of ice water waiting for us. Just the thought that he remembered but actually had it all ready was so very kind! Great customer service and a nice KFC! We need more kindness like this in our world today! “Chick-fil-A is always my go-to for fast food, and as a former employee, I know the brand well. The service at this location is consistently great—friendly and efficient.

However, there’s something about the food here that feels a bit off. It often tastes different compared to other locations, and the fried items tend to come out soggy more often than not. I’m not sure what it is—maybe the way they fry things here is different.

I hope management takes this feedback into consideration because the quality of the food doesn’t quite match the usual Chick-fil-A standard.“

Parking: In both locations there are other big stores as well, so you can find parking, it just might not always be close. The Drive-Thru moves very quickly also!

Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old (twin)grandchildren love going in!! They always get a treat or surprise ?

Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair for 6 months about 4 years ago and I had no problems at all.“

We order catering from them all the time and its always perfect and theyve even helped us bring it up to our floor when we didnt being enough carts. This morning we ordered late and the time we needed wasnt available, i went down to ask if it was possible to pick it up earlier and they were more than happy to help! So happy we have them close by to fill out catering needs for office meetings ❤️“

The store was super clean and had PLENTY of seating. A few relics around the store to show off the history.

“I love it here I don’t have one in Arizona so everytime I make delivers in salt lake I drive my semi over here love the good atmosphere’s the food is always top notch people are always super friendly :) my order comes out hot fresh and quick every time the choices of the sauce makes it even better the wing and things is the best sampler style plate they have but the smothered fries is so good. Maybe those were the exception or maybe things have changed since then.
Either way, we really like this location now.

We come to this location at least once a week.

The staff is very friendly, orders are accurate, and the building is clean.

I've been to other locations that are not well cleaned and have cold service, so their efforts here really stand out.“

“I was very pleasantly surprised that This place was very clean and the staff was friendly. I believe she was one of the managers, I came on a Sunday for lunch, she spoke both Spanish and English and she helped everyone with a smile. The restaurant was very clean and when I went into the restroom I was very shocked to find a fast food restaurant with very clean restrooms. Food was the usual, nothing wow but nothing bad either. I would definitely come back.“

“We traveled from California and this is by far the cleanest kfc I have ever been to. Justin, the black gentleman who was the staff on that day, was super kind and nice that I feel like that I need to write a review about him. He was super responsive to mop the floor, clean the trash bins, and clean up all the tables. He handed us an extra cup just in case that we need two kinds of different fountain drinks.
