“This experience was a night and day difference to the last time I brought my family to this location. The last time was about 4 months ago and the experience was terrible!!!! The staff did not care they did not want to help us we ordered food and shakes, the shakes were only like half full and food took forever! This time staff was friendly helpful and had our food out extremely fast and was amazing! I will be back for sure with this new staff and management! Thank you!!!!“

“So i came here after work with my wife and kid I ordered a Chipotle cheese steak and she ordered the original cheese steak. When I got my order my wife's was fine. Mine was made with the wrong meat. Got chicken instead of beef. Not usually a big deal but I was wanting steak today. I let the lady at the front counter know the mistake and she immediately fixed the issue with no problems she was super nice and helpful. Thank you Paris for helping me with that and I do believe she needs a raise“

“The fish tacos are really good for fast food. The rest of the items are better than that standard fast food. They don't have the blanket TV commercials the competition has, but they have better food. So far as Mexican fast food goes, it's about as good as it gets.“

“I love stopping at this location! I've been here somewhat frequently over the past few months, and the food is always delicious and affordable. What you get for the price you pay is very reasonable too. The staff are always very pleasant and polite, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my food to be ready. The establishment is nice and cozy, and pretty clean as well. There's a reason I keep coming back!“

“Very good. My husband and I wanted to try something new and randomly saw this place. The cheese steak burrito was very good. My husband put the boom boom sauce on it but regretted his decision because for him it was too spicy, so just a heads up, it is spicy. That was his only complaint. Other than that, it was very good food!“

“This experience was okay. The lady at the desk looked like she didn’t want to be there at all, like she was ready to be done. She served me, but a manager had to be called because she was a little confused about a deal that was being offered.
Anyways, the food was good, I got an Oreo Brownie Medium blizzard, which ended up being around $6. Kinda crazy since I remember the LARGE blizzards being around $5 back in the day. 🫡
I also got some cheese curds for my friend, then he paid me back.
Some tables were a little messy but not much. The lady serving me forgot my receipt AND gave the cheese curds to someone else, before I mentioned it. So… a little disappointed by the service.“

“I was here 2 weeks ago with my husband. The food is great for the price. There was a very kind gentleman working the night shift. He provided excellent costumer service! Then tonight, as i was driving away, he chased after me because we forgot the churros. Haha! Most ppl would've left it like that, but i really appreciated him going above and beyond. “Where to start. Taco Bell has been a family staple for as long as I remember. My grandma would pick me up in the car after preschool to get a taco. I took this memory with me as I grew up and went to college and high school. I was literally living off of quesaritos. As I’ve gotten older, and the quesarito has made a comeback. I’ve rekindled my love for Taco Bell. The staff here is friendly and the restaurant is clean. Might suggest getting app, and checking out to cravings value menu as well. Thank you Taco Bell 🫡“

“Okay, everything else was pretty average, but the service was 6 stars.

The cashier saw my AC/DC shirt, and said something like, “OH MY GOSH I LOVE THAT BAND! Well, they’re not like my *favorite* but they’re really good.”

“During coronavirus quarantine we try to Order from this place every week. Yesterday, was pretty crazy. The governor just asked people to stay home. People were lined up to pick up food. Your amazing employees were doing their best. Everyone was stressed and some customers took it out on the very people trying to serve them. Thank you for staying open so your employees have work and we have food. Thank your employees for dealing so patiently with the customers that don’t handle this stress so well.“

“Insane level of quality here. They even threw in free mozz sticks (cheese curd level BTW tasty). The gyro actually cleared most actual greek places in terms of quality and quantity (and it wasn't messy either). I'm shocked this place was empty. Price was pretty good too, most meals are around $11 bucks (a la carte sammies round $6) for portions the size of my forearm. May God (Christ) bless this Arby's with more business, best Arby's I've been to.“

“I’ll admit it, I only come here for the fresh strawberry and peach shakes. They’re incredible and they could sell just these and there would still be lines here all summer, the shakes are that good, they’ve hit a home run with the summer fresh shakes. I often get 2-3 and bring them home for the whole family as a surprise.“

The manager, Katie, really stands out—she works hard and genuinely cares about both her team and the people who walk through the door. I've been to other Blaze locations in the area, but none of them match the level of service and atmosphere at the Orem Blaze Pizza. This is by far my favorite spot!“
