“I'm a fan of Carl's Jr from my childhood! Haven't had one where alive now for over 20 years...The minute we walked in to this location I noticed the work ethic of what seemed to be the only person working at the front (and he was). He was hustling between the drive-thru, cash register AND prepping food! He was friendly, greeted us right away, was multi-lingual - speaking Spanish to another worker in the back. Even though we could sense he was busy, he helped us without seeming rushed, only giving quality customer service and answering our questions with good detail. After taking our BIG order for 8 people, he was considerate enough to explain that there were only 2 workers so it may take a bit of extra time. We were happy to wait because this young man was so great. And then - he managed classic business smarts - he under promised but OVER delivered, getting us our food in minutes including free cookies!!!

“While the food was extremely good, service was fast, and they drew my name and a cat on my bag, the only reason a star dropped from my review is because the female employee decided to hand over my food from my passenger window, without smiling or interacting with me. I don’t know if she has a fear of guys, or had a bad day, but I barely managed to get my food.“

After a very long drive in from texas, this was destination number one. Pulled into the drive through placed my order. The guy at the drive through window was very polite and nice. “This experience was okay. The lady at the desk looked like she didn’t want to be there at all, like she was ready to be done. She served me, but a manager had to be called because she was a little confused about a deal that was being offered.
Anyways, the food was good, I got an Oreo Brownie Medium blizzard, which ended up being around $6. Kinda crazy since I remember the LARGE blizzards being around $5 back in the day. 🫡
I also got some cheese curds for my friend, then he paid me back.
Some tables were a little messy but not much. The lady serving me forgot my receipt AND gave the cheese curds to someone else, before I mentioned it. So… a little disappointed by the service.“

“I had a great experience here. The employees were awesome! Food was on point as usual. The restrooms were clean. Another customer overheard me saying that the cashier missed my order for an ice cream cone and he bought it for me. It totally made my evening!“

“During coronavirus quarantine we try to Order from this place every week. Yesterday, was pretty crazy. The governor just asked people to stay home. People were lined up to pick up food. Your amazing employees were doing their best. Everyone was stressed and some customers took it out on the very people trying to serve them. “I had to give a shoutout to this Wendy’s. I stopped by on a road trip on the way out of town with my kiddos, honestly just expecting a quick bite. Not only was the service super fast, but the staff was unusually friendly—especially the woman at the register (I can’t remember her name). She went out of her way to make sure our order was right and even gave my son an extra dipping sauce when he couldn’t decide.

The food was fresh—like, surprisingly fresh for fast food. The fries were hot and crispy, and my burger was actually stacked neatly and not just thrown together. The dining area was pretty clean, and they even had music playing that wasn’t blaring or annoying.

The manager, Katie, really stands out—she works hard and genuinely cares about both her team and the people who walk through the door. I've been to other Blaze locations in the area, but none of them match the level of service and atmosphere at the Orem Blaze Pizza. This is by far my favorite spot!“
