“I'm a fan of Carl's Jr from my childhood! Haven't had one where alive now for over 20 years...The minute we walked in to this location I noticed the work ethic of what seemed to be the only person working at the front (and he was). He was hustling between the drive-thru, cash register AND prepping food! He was friendly, greeted us right away, was multi-lingual - speaking Spanish to another worker in the back. Even though we could sense he was busy, he helped us without seeming rushed, only giving quality customer service and answering our questions with good detail. After taking our BIG order for 8 people, he was considerate enough to explain that there were only 2 workers so it may take a bit of extra time. We were happy to wait because this young man was so great. And then - he managed classic business smarts - he under promised but OVER delivered, getting us our food in minutes including free cookies!!!

“While the food was extremely good, service was fast, and they drew my name and a cat on my bag, the only reason a star dropped from my review is because the female employee decided to hand over my food from my passenger window, without smiling or interacting with me. I don’t know if she has a fear of guys, or had a bad day, but I barely managed to get my food.“

After a very long drive in from texas, this was destination number one. Pulled into the drive through placed my order. The guy at the drive through window was very polite and nice. Received my chicken burrito pulled out into the parking lot and enjoyed my little slice of happiness.“

My husband put the boom boom sauce on it but regretted his decision because for him it was too spicy, so just a heads up, it is spicy. That was his only complaint. “This experience was okay. The lady at the desk looked like she didn’t want to be there at all, like she was ready to be done. She served me, but a manager had to be called because she was a little confused about a deal that was being offered.
Anyways, the food was good, I got an Oreo Brownie Medium blizzard, which ended up being around $6. Kinda crazy since I remember the LARGE blizzards being around $5 back in the day. 🫡
I also got some cheese curds for my friend, then he paid me back.
Some tables were a little messy but not much. The lady serving me forgot my receipt AND gave the cheese curds to someone else, before I mentioned it. So… a little disappointed by the service.“

“I’ll admit it, I only come here for the fresh strawberry and peach shakes. They’re incredible and they could sell just these and there would still be lines here all summer, the shakes are that good, they’ve hit a home run with the summer fresh shakes. I often get 2-3 and bring them home for the whole family as a surprise.“
