“The workers here are super nice in my experience. I usually catch the 8pm bus from PC back to Heber, and this Starbucks is conveniently located by the bus stop. It’s my go to place to hang out when I’m waiting for the bus to get home. There was only one time that an employee did let me know they were closing in 15 mins (I was hanging out there waiting for the bus), but he did it politely. I appreciate this Starbucks for letting me hang out there rather than in the cold. I don’t usually order anything, but they’re always super nice.“
“The staffs are very friendly. They actually close at 7, I talked to the girl who were there 5 days ago, i came in at like 4:50 she told me that the store is closing at 5 because they are having some problems. The girl said she was there since 5 in the morning then left at 1 then went back to close. The staffs will still actually take your order even though you arrive a minute before close.“
“The nicest and most patient baristas!! We were traveling with family that weren’t super familiar with the Starbucks menu. Not only were the baristas patient, they were great at recommending drink choices for our family members. Everyone loved what they got! They did have a now hiring sign posted and appeared to be in the process of training but that didn’t change our great experience at all. Great job Starbucks!“
“The employees here are knowledgable at what they do and very friendly. My wife and I always get the white chocolate mocha, with extra pumps of chocolate or the vanilla bean frappuccino with a drizzle of chocolate in the cup before they put the drink in.“
“I haven’t been to Starbucks in a long time but I heard that they’re going to be unionizing and that makes me want to stop by and support the workers. Mochas taste better when workers are treated fairly, it’s like when something is baked with love.“
