“I just love Crumbl and how quick and friendly their service is. Tonight was no exception! I went at 8:30 pm and ordered 12 cookies, one of which was still cooking. The sweet girl at the counter told me it would be 8 minutes plus time to cool. I readily agreed because I was listening to a good audio book. I went to my car and waited, watching as more people came and she served them all quickly and friendly. I know she was worried about the time, but honestly, she had told me and I could see her working frantically on all the orders. When she came out, she not only delivered it with a smile, but she also brought me a coupon and apologized for the wait. What an amazing, thoughtful employee. She truly showed she loved her job and knew how to serve. I can't wait to go again. This place always makes me happy!“

“My son and some friends decided to mountain bike from North Fork to Mantua. They took a lot longer than they expected and didn't bring enough food or water for the trip that turned out to be longer than they expected. We picked them up in Mantua and took them all down to the Dairy Queen for burgers and shakes. They devoured their food and all felt much better. I grabbed a burger as well and it was absolutely delicious even without having expenses all of my energy. We will be back.“

“The people who work there are always so kind & always excited to get a pup cup for my dog. Rating a 4 because I’ve had several times where the drink(s) I’ve gotten don’t taste right. Like the syrup in the soda machine is out & I won’t lie, it’s so upsetting 😭 I hate to leave anything negative because I truly like everyone who works there. Never had a bad customer experience, just sometimes the drinks don’t taste very good.“
