Understaffed and super slow almost missed flight
My husband and I visit every time we fly out of slc. Love it! Love the food, staff are great!
Now for the one exception. They close at 9pm, fine enough I guess, but we arrived 10 min to close. Sure in food that might be too close to closing time, I understand. I just ran over there from TSA to grab my beechers.
Lady working said to show up before 9pm next time. Okay, but if I’m there at 850pm… how much before 9pm would you suggest?

Google shows it opening at 6 and I was there at 6:50 and it was closed so I thought it's an error and maybe it's actually open at 7 so I went and got a coffee elsewhere and came back but at 7:15 it was still shut. Someone showed up eventually and opened at a snail's pace but I was ordering by 7:30 so maybe it's actually 7:30.
