Honestly, Beechers Hand Made Cheese Shop hit the spot during an early morning layover at Midway. Service isn't friendly at all, but my six-year-old daughter loved her cheese breakfast sandwich. I ordered the same thing, but with sausage and wow- it was so good. The quality of cheese makes the sandwich!
I was so excited to see that SLC has a Beecher's! I've only ever had it in Seattle and have always been a huge fan of their Mac and Cheese. It was a bit out of my way since it's located at the end of Concourse A and my flight was in Concourse B, but it was worth the walk. The service was great.
