We’ve never been but had friends suggesting we go. 4 drinks later we were sold: superb experience. The food bites are simple snacks, the he drinks are all out fancy, decadent, sweet, full bodied, strong, and fun.

The staff was nice and dressed to the 9’s. There’s a patio we didn’t enjoy, but I see it busy all the time.“

“I just happened to be walking by and am from out of town. I was drawn in, and so very happy to have followed the hunch. Service was excellent. The chips and salsa satisfied me while I enjoyed my Tamarindo Margarita which was a treat. I had a ceviche of “tres amigos” - octopus, shrimp, and fish. So fabulous!! I stopped by the P.F. Chang’s in the Salt Lake City Airport recently, and the bartender, Alyssa, was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, quick, and incredibly efficient. My drink was delicious, and she made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming especially rare for an airport stop! I’ll definitely look forward to seeing her again next time I fly through SLC.“

“This is my second time doing the palate parlor tasting menu! And it was AMAZING!
-First off the rooftop vibe with the sun going down was breathtaking.
-Marissa was my server and she was incredible very knowledgeable and friendly and welcoming.
The food! One word DIVINE!!
The food was so good I forgot to take pictures cause I was so in the moment of enjoying it!
The slow roasted pork shoulder was so tender you pulled it off with your fork.

“My partner and I stumbled on this place on our way to another bar we were just going to grab a quick drink but ended up enjoying ourselves before we knew it we had three drinks and a desert. Great place for a date or to catch up with friends comfortable yet stylish I could hear well enough to actually have a conversation. Every drink we had was delicious! Highly recommend.“

Once you’ve been there a couple of times they remember you and pretty much know what your “usual” is. Dennis, the owner, has been there a few times when we were there and he always comes over to say “thank you for coming in.” He even covered our bill one time when he found out we are Veterans. “I attended a Day Party/Brunch yesterday (March 30th) and it was a very nice event, atmosphere, small rooftop area and hookah, nice tables! The DJs played a variety of genres, people socialized and danced. Awesome servers and bartenders. My server, Jacob Meadows, provided excellent service and he was very friendly and personable. “Reading the negative reviews tells me everything I need to know about the reviewers. One of the coolest people I know, told me to go here. All I can say after reading the negative reviews: leave your attitude at the door, bring some cash (there’s an ATM in back), show your ID when you first enter, have some self effacing humor (you’re in a local watering hole, buy the locals a round (Happy 77th Birthday Grizzly) and enjoy your time here by not being an entitled jerk. “A nice cocktail bar / lounge in Salt Lake City in the Monaco hotel. Service is good & attentive and the ambiance. My steak frites were cooked perfectly but founded the food to be a bit too salty. If they slightly reduced the amount of salt on the food it will be better. Overall will come again just for cocktails.“

Kelley is amazing and so is Ethan and Hannah is wonderful too. I’m sure there are other people and that they are wonderful too.

Only complaint is that there was a frozen hamburger outside.

I went back and talked to the manager, it was a hot n’ spicy mcckicken, not a hamburger. Anyway, they were out of banana pudding when I went. Weird. I don’t think they even have it. Super weird.“

“Very cool chill spot. Came here on my first night in town to kick off the night. The drinks were great and the service was friendly. It was getting busier and the bartender was working alone and handled it all very well, I was with good company and that made waiting for the drinks just fly by. We had a few drinks ( the first drink was better than the 2nd) and ordered the "chicken" flautas. Didn't taste any chicken at all but the crunchy cheesy rolled up taquitos went well with our drinks.“

He's got a great personality and had the time to chat it up with us - there weren't that many other parties because we arrived at 4p! His tips on how to enjoy the most out of our dishes, especially the mushroom flatbread, were irreplaceable. We felt like real insiders. Anyway, we enjoyed it so much that we brought our fellow foodie friends in the very next day! They tried many of the same dishes we ordered and also loved it. Great work with your menu and staff.
