- Missing/Incorrect items are becoming a common issue (4 out of my last 6 orders)
- The recent quality of my orders leaves a lot to desired (ordered with Honey BBQ sauce on my pizza, hardly any sauce, and burnt cheesy bread)
- Cannot reach anyone at the store to correct the issue, either they have an incredibly long queue or never answer it
- Delivery Insurance can only go so far when issued like this as persistent, I'm started to file claims way too often, getting caught...read full review
I never had an issue until today. No salad came. Driver didn't come back like he said he would. Called and was told it was sent out to me. I was to wait 10 mins and call back of I didn't have it. I called back 20 mins later. Told the guy that I had talked to him 20 mins earlier he cut me off and told me that this was the first time he talked to me and heard of it. I was given a 15 dollar credit a bit ago as an apology for the pizza taking an hour to show up 2 blocks from the store. I went in and redeemed that today and when I came to pick it up they didn't put all the toppings on one of my pizzas. In the past I've been given the mess up pizza as an apology, but today they just remade it. They didn't apologize for my inconvenience, or honestly have a very customer friendly attitude to begin with. I would highly recommend a different location...read full review
