This was our first time here. Customer service was terrible. Front desk and waitress argued with us when we asked if we could order for the kids as they were hungry. They refuse to take orders until all of our party were seated. We had more than half the party seated and still refused to take our orders. When we complain the waitress, and lady at front desk said it was not their problem. We got up and left. I can see why their rating is 3.5....nice job La Hacienda!!!
well... first impressions are lasting... non friendly put out employees... did not greet us when we arrived grabbed menus and started walking to a booth. never asked if we wanted a booth or table. 20 minutes later no food...should be interesting to see how long we wait
Food is nowhere near the same; asked the server and he said there are “new bosses”. Rather than the usual great food and service, this trip was “under-whelming”. Not sure we’ll be back…
