“Hi, can you get me my rewards and read my review? The food was good. Not great, the rice was a little under done. Plus- I have had the Costa Vida rewards for over 15 years. I built up my rewards and when CV changed rewards apps they didn’t move over my rewards. I have a screen shot of my rewards balance.. I’ve tried to contact you and headquarters. No one replies. I’ll keep trying to get to use my rewards. When ordering in the app you can’t choose things like half and half dressing, cilantro, lime, jalapeños. The restaurant was out of cholula. I got two grilled chicken salads and again salad was good, not great. Takeaway: Add options to app, honor your customers’ rewards, check rice before serving and keep your shelves stocked with offered condiments.“

“They messed up on an order for my family. It was literally 40 minutes to close. Didn't make a single sandwich, correct and have forgot some drinks. They corrected it timely in the morning. And everything was all well. Try to stay away from night shift lol“

“I heard that a young child got hit in their parking lot and I totally understand when cars are speeding around you to get in front of you. Their drive-thru service line are ridiculous. I guess it's probably going to take someone getting hit and killed before they realize they need to fix the problem.. we have complained about their parking lot layout several times and still management says there's nothing they can do..“

“You can tell that the crew loves their job. They are fast they are friendly. I believe the two employees were Mindy and Madeline. Just a delight to work with I had so many questions and they took the time to help me out. Doesn't hurt that they were listening to awesome music as well. I just wanted to say thank you. “I come into this Panda Express pretty often I am always greeted with a warm smile from Indya. You can tell she really likes her job and takes pride in her job too! I ordered some sweet fire chicken and she asked if I was ok with waiting a few minutes so she could get me some fresh sweet fire chicken. I have done pickup before and had a bad experience with old, dried food. So I really appreciated Indya taking care of me She deserves a raise!!“

“I wouldn't go there at all... the food is okay sometimes, but the general manager doesn't have a very good attitude at all. I worked there for 3 moths... two of my paycheck's corporate never paid because my direct deposit got screwed up somehow, and the manager didn't even really try to resolve it... they don't treat their customers or employees with very much respect either... trust me go somewhere else in town and you will get a lot better food... I have work in this industry for several years, and know good customer service is important, but they don't even try at all there... extremely disappointed and they have lost my business.“
