“One of the most memorable dining experiences I've had since moving to Park City 10 years ago. Stunning location, attentive and friendly staff without being overbearing and perfectly executed and beautifully presented food. Our sever and the support staff made us feel welcomed and not rushed and took the time to make sure everything was perfect, and it was. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the decor modern but rustic. Next time I'd love to sit in the bar and enjoy one of their amazing crafted cocktails or glass of wine from a very impressive wine list. Can't wait to go back.“

“We dined in order to assess Powder for an upcoming holiday dinner for work folks. First visit and we booked our group dinner at the end of the evening! Exceptional service from Shelby. Requested her for our future reservation! Hamachi crudo properly prepared. Parker house rolls warm and soft with Vermont butter. Skeptical of the fettuccine with lemon cream sauce but Shelby gave it high praise. It was fabulous! The coffee rubbed bison filet was tender and perfectly prepared. Last but certainly not least, lavender crème brûlée!! Unique and exceptional.“
