Requested her for our future reservation! Hamachi crudo properly prepared. Parker house rolls warm and soft with Vermont butter. Skeptical of the fettuccine with lemon cream sauce but Shelby gave it high praise. It was fabulous! The coffee rubbed bison filet was tender and perfectly prepared. Last but certainly not least, lavender crème brûlée!! Unique and exceptional.“
