“I love it here I don’t have one in Arizona so everytime I make delivers in salt lake I drive my semi over here love the good atmosphere’s the food is always top notch people are always super friendly :) my order comes out hot fresh and quick every time the choices of the sauce makes it even better the wing and things is the best sampler style plate they have but the smothered fries is so good. This Zaxbys was my first and will be my always go to the rest I’ve gone to don’t operate as proficient as this one. Yall keep up the excellent customer service and hot fresh

I told her to let the staff know that she was here and we were both taken care of right away.. The people who were working that day went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of quickly.“

“Excellent experience at this HHC! Love the 9th & 9th area and the look and feel of this location. Carson delivered an incredible experience—he was incredibly courteous, offered recommendations, and made sure I had everything that I needed once at the table.

The Sandwich: Delicious! I got the OG Sandwich with Lift Off spice level; this is my regular order. I can hold my own when it comes to the Scoleville scale, and I've also done the Houston We Have a Problem, so proceed with caution as the Lift Off is definitely very spicy.

I'll be returning to this location due to all of the aforementioned things!“

“Best chicken strips in SLC along with the best service in town. This cute family owns this hidden gemstone. I've been coming here for years and not once have I had a bad experience. In fact, if they run out of potato wedges or something, they always try to make up for it. Would give them 10 stars if I could.“

“Terrible drive through. It goes all around a hotel parking lot. It is hard to get to as well. You can only turn in if you are going east on the road. No turn in going the other way. Love the employees and food though. I don’t go to this particular one because of the location.“

“I airways use the app because it's easy and super friendly. Today I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. I got all the way home and found that I had the Grilled chicken but no bun! I was super frustrated and called the store. It is really hard to stay upset with them when they instantly will do anything to make it right. Their first option was not just an apology and an oh well. It was an apology and an offer to hand deliver a new sandwich with the gluten free bun. 10 minutes later I have a fresh warm sandwich with the gluten free bun that I wanted. And they brought my kids brownies as well! It was all delivered with huge apologies by one of the managers in their own car. They always go above and beyond at this store to fix the mistakes that they rarely make. Everyone is human. It's how you handle the mistakes that leave a lasting impression.“

“Me and my friend stopped by Fresh Chicken Express and were blown away by the quality of the food. The chicken was perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. You can really taste the love and care they put into it. The portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and hot. The service was friendly, and the whole experience was just amazing.

“This location is great. I’ve only had one issue which was immediately fixed. I’ve been coming here for nearly 10 years now. Great people and management seems to care. Hard to find another location in salt lake county right now so glad this one is still around.“

“Manager on shift was cleaning the lobby and not only sweeped by our feet and scoffed when we didn’t move but physically kept bumping the booth im sitting in while cleaning booths. I’m aware the store was closing soon but I was annoyed at this.“

“I went to this restaurant at 9:30 PM. There were two people working Matthew and Kristina who were exceptional! Very friendly, filled our order quickly and with care then sent us off with a smile! At that time of night it’s was refreshing! When we got home the chicken, cole slaw, biscuits all tasted fresh!“
