McDonald's in Alexandria

“I ordered on the app and they made a very honest mistake of including egg on my steak biscuit which I am highly allergic to. I called and got Alex which I assume is the manager on the phone he was very understanding and asked what he could do to make it right. I opted to come back to get the sandwiches remade, which I realize seems petty but as someone who deals with food allergies sometimes it's simply the principal. They were all very courteous and understanding did not seem perturbed that I came back in for a $5 transaction and they were all very kind remade my sandwiches and did not seem frustrated or off put. All in all it was a very pleasant transaction and when I went originally it was very busy so the mistake totally made sense most people get eggs on their breakfast sandwich so I more than understand. They were great to work with and super understanding!“

“Look like there is not enough staff. All the crew are always busy in the kitchen. Every time I have to wait at service desk for 5-10 minutes until I can order or pickup.

And also, there is no free refill for soda in this McDonald's, that's weird.“

“Why I go to this McDonalds, the manager and staff here get it! They actually care about the food, the service and the atmosphere. There are fresh flowers in water an every table.I want to thank the manager for stepping up and taking my order today, ordered a double quarter deluxe. Most McDonalds I go to don't have a clue what that is, my manager knew exactly what it was and gave me a compliment on ordering the sandwich the way it was meant to be ordered. “I pulled in on a whim, after one of my nearby deliveries, I was happy that the parking lot could accommodate the big old truck I was driving, but just barely lol. The woman with the short cropped haircut although she looked a bit frustrated she was handling multiple tests and doing a splendid job of it. My food came out and was perfect, would recommend!!“

“10 cars deep but was thru the line in 5 min... McDonald's is never like that. However there is a HUGE get your favorites all day long showing breakfast food and burgers... was told they don't do burgers in the am at the speaker... seems pointless to have the banner on the wall then doesn't it?“

“Soo I don't really mind the kinda don't care attitude you get from the drive thru. I've been there, I worked at McDonald's years ago, it's not the best job, but besides that, I love how fast the service is. I go thru the drive thru and I'm out in like 2 mins and that's every time I go, I love that. food is always fresh too.“

“If exiting the drive through, you have to go out to Glebe road and turn right (Don't be that person who tries to turn left-- it's impossible and just holds up traffic). Decent quality, decent service. I've only ever taken out, so I can't comment on the dining room experience, though it looks common enough.“

“Please be kinda and patient this location is very understaffed!!!The workers who are there are very welcoming. My group of friends and I visited early Sunday morning when they were changing shifts. We met Imani!! She was so sweet and made our night by giving us frappe's with lots of whip cream. <3“

“After much sampling and deliberation over the past couple years of my being in the area, I've concluded that this is the best choice for a reliable McDonald's. There is one other about 20 minutes away that has much better food on their good days, but this location is the only one I've found to be reliably a B+ or A- for a McDonald's.“

“The late night manager was so helpful with my order and using the code on the mobile app. Such a great attitude and complete kindness while taking my order and helping me out at the window. “I liked it, it has self-ordering and payment and it is very clean and very polite. They made a mistake with my order but they knew how to give a prompt solution. I think they deserve 5 stars.

Parking: I can remember a parking space for 10 cars. including disabled.“
