“Great Happy Hour specials on Oysters and the Steak Tartare is Amazing!“

“This is an excellent spot to grab quality beer and food. Don't let the hustle and bustle environment throw you off. Service is conducted through a QR menu and delivered to your table, and is an incredibly well oiled operation. Beer options are plenty, as well as the food. The quality of both is immediately felt. They lean into German cuisine and execute it very well. They also have American staples such as burgers, Reuben, cheese curds, so there are plenty of options. We will definitely visit again the next time we're in Arlington.“

“Nice place for a great time with friends. Beer is almost 1:1 like I'm Bavaria. The food is the American version of Bavarian food... far off. Burger - even it was good - no Bavarian food ;-) But in quality ok. Bavarian flag is not in square pattern... Sorry guys, I am from Bavaria - it looks totally different. Friedly staff - yes, we come here again... And we try other food options.“

“We enjoyed the Mother's Day dinner. Love the atmosphere. Food was good. Waiting time was on a longer side which might be expected when dishes are freshly prepared. Appetizers were like a dinner by itself but delicious. Glad we shared appetizers still leaving room for the dinner. Will be back.“

“My husband and I drove down from Loudoun county. This place was absolutely amazing. It had so much to remind us of my husbands home. We got a sandwich and than of course some haribo candy. Also some German goodies of meat. We will definitely be back again.“

“I hosted a friend’s birthday party at ShipGarten and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the staff was absolutely amazing. They made the entire planning process easy and stress-free, with clear, quick, and efficient communication every step of the way. They were incredibly accommodating. The food was great, my favorites were the funnel cake fries and the guacamole. The Cider was delicious!!! The venue itself is fantastic for hosting events, and I highly recommend ShipGarten for birthdays, gatherings, or any special occasion. One of the things I love most is that they also host dog-friendly events, which makes the place even more special! I had an amazing time and will absolutely be using ShipGarten for future events!!!“
