“Best sandwich I’ve ever had. I got the turkey and Brie. You can see the cranberry sauce/relish brewing right there in a big stainless steel pot on the stove right behind the cashier. Everything was warm and melty and delicious.

Great ingredients. Friendly staff. Good music playing. Fast service. Chill little tucked away spot. First time here so I can’t speak to rest of the menu but it’s gotta be great. Five stars.“

“This place... is so... GOOD. I can eat 30 pork wontons by myself. The worst thing about this place is I don't want to share with the rest of my family (it's Pentagon City prices but the only place around here that's actually worth the money).

It's a little hole in the wall with small area for seating. Also has some imported asain grocery items.“

“I went into McAlester’s deli and I believe the cashier name was Iyana and she was so patient and welcoming! She was the best with assisting, helping and even suggesting things. She got me to buy a cookie and i didn’t even come there for a cookie lol. This is the type of service that makes you want to come back time after time. I want her to be my cashier every time!“

“A friend and I enjoyed a quick lunch here. I got the pork bibimbap bowl which came with steamed rice, lettuce, radish, carrots, green pepper, red cabbage, cucumber kimchi and a fried egg. With the spicy sauce, the bowl made for a filling meal, and I only had a small bit of the rice. My friend had a tuna salad sandwich, which was fine.“

“I was new to the area and just finished a job and was extremely hungry. After scrolling around I found a place that had some food I recognized. Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. I couldn’t stop licking my fingers. The waffle fries were well seasoned and fresh. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. I also want to add that the hostess was so patient with me because I didn’t have a clue what I was going to get. Absolutely outstanding. Five stars all around.“

Super legit sandwich shop located inside some kind of mixed offices building, very close to the metro. From cold sandwiches to wraps to the hot stuff, these guys really know whats up. Very kind and efficient staff without too many frills. Skip that Potbelly down the street, this is the best sandwich spot you'll find south of the Potomac.“

“VERY delicious they cook their burgers, but they never learned how to make a salad, I'm upset, at least I ate, on the way to the ring A I stumbled upon an anomaly that teleported me to Nevada, right to area 51, watched how it was stormed, finished my lunch and came back, on the lower levels I met a little man who gave me the Pentagon Plan for a burger core, I think it will be interesting for you, take a look.“

“The guy working at Taylor Gourmet on 6/21/24 (may have been a manager or an owner, not sure) was INCREDIBLE. He was so accommodating and made a special turkey sandwich for my son, who raved to anyone that would listen by our gate that it was the best sandwich he'd ever had lolol. I had the 9th and it was also just *chefs kiss!. To whoever you are, if you read this, my son will be spreading news of your sandwich magic all the way to California.

“The big kahuna I ordered from there was absolutely delicious! Everyone that was behind the line was friendly and working diligently to help customers as a line began forming when I was midway through ordering. My attendant, Andre, went above and beyond to offer the best customer service at a fast pace, all whilst encouraging his fellow workers! The ONLY complaint I have is that it was really hot in the store, I wanted to rag in but the heat forced me to eat in the car instead. I hope they get that fixed soon. Overall a wonderful experience with polite staff!“

“As good as any subway can be. Hours are weird as one of the days, they close at 4pm. I seem to have forgotten a pair of gloves after leaving shortly before closing. I ran back thinking I could find them there and they just insisted "No" because it was after closing time. It was correctly listed. Perhaps it is a DC thing. Will still go back next time I'm staying in that area.“

I asked for the footlong Ultimate BMT. This comes with a lot of toppings already like pepperonis, salami, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. I also asked for a few additional toppings, like those red bell peppers and mustard. For my boyfriend, he texted,me to tell me he wanted the footlong Philly Garlic Steak subl. It comes with two types of cheddar cheese, peppers, and roasted garlic. He also asked for the red bell peppers and chipotle sauce. Our sandwiches were prepared perfectly,l. While,driving home I tried mine which tastes great so far.“
