“Every time I'm anywhere near Earl's while out doing errands I stop in and get a sandwich. Now this is the way a lunch sandwich should be- clearly REAL turkey meat, fresh lightly toasted multigrain bread, green (not white/yellow) lettuce and (in my favorite case) real cranberry spread. So good and reasonably-priced; I could eat lunch here many days/week if I were in the area more frequently.“

“I went into McAlester’s deli and I believe the cashier name was Iyana and she was so patient and welcoming! She was the best with assisting, helping and even suggesting things. She got me to buy a cookie and i didn’t even come there for a cookie lol. This is the type of service that makes you want to come back time after time. I want her to be my cashier every time!“

“I recently visited this spot and had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the doors. If you're looking for fantastic Asian cuisine, this place definitely needs to be on your radar.

​First off, the service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home immediately, and one of my favorite highlights was the complimentary hot tea they provided right as we sat down. It’s such a comforting, traditional touch that really sets a relaxing tone for a great meal.

​As for the menu, the food was simply great. Everything we ordered came out piping hot, beautifully plated, and packed with incredible flavor. You can tell they really care about the quality of their ingredients and the authenticity of their dishes. The meal completely exceeded my expectations.
​One quick heads-up for anyone planning to visit specifically for the market: the attached grocery portion of the business is currently shut down. It didn't negatively impact our dining experience at all, but it’s definitely good to know if you were planning to pick up some ingredients after your meal.

“A friend and I enjoyed a quick lunch here. I got the pork bibimbap bowl which came with steamed rice, lettuce, radish, carrots, green pepper, red cabbage, cucumber kimchi and a fried egg. With the spicy sauce, the bowl made for a filling meal, and I only had a small bit of the rice. My friend had a tuna salad sandwich, which was fine.“

The sandwiches are so freaking good, and I'm usually not big on fries or home-made chips, but I finished it all, they're both so delicious. “I was new to the area and just finished a job and was extremely hungry. After scrolling around I found a place that had some food I recognized. Little did I know it would be one of the best plates I’ve had EVER! I had the chicken wings with O.G. Hot Sauce. OMG!!! The crispy breading. The flavor. The tender meat. I couldn’t stop licking my fingers. The waffle fries were well seasoned and fresh. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. I also want to add that the hostess was so patient with me because I didn’t have a clue what I was going to get. Absolutely outstanding. Five stars all around.“

“Food was just pretty good, nice tasting sandwiches maybe a bit overpriced but it’s the airport so it makes sense, the service was exceptional though, anghy at the front asked us about our day and made sure our sandwich was made exactly how we wanted it. Wish there was a place to sit but again, it’s the airport so it’s what we expect. Overall a great meal and we’d visit again the next trip we take“

“VERY delicious they cook their burgers, but they never learned how to make a salad, I'm upset, at least I ate, on the way to the ring A I stumbled upon an anomaly that teleported me to Nevada, right to area 51, watched how it was stormed, finished my lunch and came back, on the lower levels I met a little man who gave me the Pentagon Plan for a burger core, I think it will be interesting for you, take a look.“

For sure I know they take accountability for their actions because I made my first order n they gave me steak instead of chicken, it was fixed right away with no questions asked. “The big kahuna I ordered from there was absolutely delicious! Everyone that was behind the line was friendly and working diligently to help customers as a line began forming when I was midway through ordering. My attendant, Andre, went above and beyond to offer the best customer service at a fast pace, all whilst encouraging his fellow workers! The ONLY complaint I have is that it was really hot in the store, I wanted to rag in but the heat forced me to eat in the car instead. I hope they get that fixed soon. Overall a wonderful experience with polite staff!“

“A subway is a subway, foodwise, but service can really make all the difference for customers. I'd like to share the great experience I had yesterday coming in from a snowstorm. Nasir was helpful, make pleasant conversation, and even offered me a small plastic bag to carry my books in to avoid them getting drenched in the storm. It's that kind of above and beyond kindness that makes me want to continue coming back to this Subway location. I would recommend it in particular.“

“As good as any subway can be. Hours are weird as one of the days, they close at 4pm. I seem to have forgotten a pair of gloves after leaving shortly before closing. I ran back thinking I could find them there and they just insisted "No" because it was after closing time. It was correctly listed. Perhaps it is a DC thing. Will still go back next time I'm staying in that area.“
