“Went for dinner at opening time and there was no wait and restaurant was basically empty which I like. Immediately greeted and sat and provided menus. The service was outstanding, maybe due to how busy the establishment was at the time, but nonetheless outstanding!! Our waitress was very kind, attentive, and pleasant. The food was all soooooo good. Started with the soft shell crab which when delivered to the table had a small flame in the middle;great presentation!!! The fish was very fresh , and you could see the chefs making all the sushi to order which is great. Toll sizes were normal size about 8 pieces and all were delivered at once which I like. The restaurant is a little smaller with about 15 ish tables so I'm sure it can fill up quickly when busy. Desert was also great ❤️. Loved the presentation again as the flatware was very cute as you can see in the photos. Best sushi I have had in Virginia so far ❤️❤️❤️. Prices were reasonable for the amount of shushi and sake that we ordered and would def go back. Must try
Parking: Underground parking garage that is used for the Harris teeter as well. Lots of parking which is great“

“If you live in Rosslyn, or anywhere remotely close by, I cannot overstate how much you need to put in an order at Cafe Sushi Garden as soon as you can! Gigantic portions, fresh cuts of fish, beautiful craftsmanship in every roll, generous prices across the menu -- search no further, this place is what you've been looking for (you know it's good when I had my first bite and immediately set a reminder for myself to write a review).
The platter for two was perfect for a movie night in. Don't sleep on their huge hand rolls either! Plus, the staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful, and there's plenty of seating inside if you want to kick your feet up with a hot bowl of miso soup. Do yourself a favor and check out Cafe Sushi Garden today!“

“Outstanding self-service restaurant that offers all kinds of sushi rolls and a variety of Japanese and Korean foods. I highly recommend the tempura roll and bibimbap. For every order over $10, you get a free cup of miso soup.
The owners are extremely friendly.“

“Dinner tasted fresh and consisted of generous portions, and service was fast and friendly. It was nice to go to a Asia Bistro restaurant. Will be going back often. Had the chicken and Premium steamed young soy beans sprinkled with salt, hot and fresh sushi and Fresh Strawberry Lemonade. Couldn't have been better.“

“Our favorite sushi place in Virginia, hands down! Loyal patrons for 4 years, and never disappointed.
Our server this evening, Quynh My, was fantastic! She had great recommendations for things we had not tried, and everything came out quick yet we did feel rushed. Great spot if you are looking for one

Large menu, with lots of options beyond sushi
Some rolls are great and some are good. Standard pricing with generous servings.
Recommend : TNT Truffle, Misty Forest - smoky, and Fire and Ice - rich but the flavors work well together.
OK : Rising Sun - a fine rainbow roll, and the Yellowtail Jalapeño roll.
Service is very friendly but a little slow - in fairness, it was very busy

“It’s a small cute spot for quick sushi meal or pick up orders. They have sushi and Kimbap. I ordered multiple rolls and they made it really quick. It was fresh and delicious! Spicy tuna roll was a little more spicy than other sushi place but I enjoyed it! I’d love to go back again ??“

“We had dinner here for the first time on Thursday night, and it was such a treat. Service was amazing. Cocktails were fabulous. Food was good. And the overall ambience was so lovely. Highly recommend a spicy margarita, ordered less sweet. It was sooo good. Would go back for this drink alone. We would go back for the drinks and service and ambience for sure.“

“Went here for my father’s birthday and really enjoyed everything about Gyu San. The atmosphere and styling was done very well and the staff were very nice. The cooking experience was fun and easy and my premium harami was amazing! Hope to come here again soon.“

“IT IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS RESTAURANT , AFTER TALKING TO MRS CONNY AND ASK HER TO SEE IF SHE CAN MAKE A FEW MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER , IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE THE FOOD IS UNBELIEVABLE DELICIOUS THE PANANG CURRY WITH EXTRA CHICKEN IS #1 , PLEASE I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO EVERYONE THE FOOD IS AMAZING AND DELICIOUS .“

“environment was calm and neat (demure and mindful). service was great. everyone including chef was warm, welcoming.
surprisingly they had uni from California which tasted so fresh with slight sweetness. the amount of food was satisfying as well. the containers were tiny cute cups sculpted from cucumber which brought the natural refreshing smell.
uni was $15 a piece. other sushi/sashimi on the menu had decent price.“
