The burgers here are thick, juicy, and totally satisfying—way better than I was expecting for what you pay. They’re cooked just right, with a nice crispy edge on the outside and tender on the inside. Now, let’s talk about the chili. It’s *fantastic*. Rich, flavorful, and just spicy enough to give everything a kick. I found myself putting it on the hot dogs and on the burger. Highly recommend you try it too—it really pulls the meal together.

The daily special is a total winner: two hot dogs, a side of fries, and a drink—all for just $7.99. You can’t beat that deal. I even went head and ordered the footlong dog, and it did not disappoint. If you're hungry, this one’s definitely worth it.

The service here is great. The staff is super friendly, and even though the space is a little tight, they make it work. The cook is really down-to-earth and more than happy to chat while they’re getting everything prepped. There’s a good amount of seating outside, and the A/C inside is a nice touch when it’s hot out. They accept both cash and credit.

The drink menu isn’t huge—just water, lemonade, limeade, and tea—but honestly, you’re not coming here for the drinks, you’re here for the food. And the food? Definitely worth the wait. It takes a little longer to cook, but it’s all made fresh right in front of you.

If you're in the mood for a solid meal at a price that’s hard to beat, I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s simple, no-frills, but really well done. Just be ready for a bit of a wait, but trust me, it’s worth it!

Not only have we dining multiple times, recently I was in a pinch for a cocktail party and found relief. At the very last minute I was able to place a catering order for three signature dishes and they were all crowd favorites! If you live in the neighborhood do yourself a favor and check them out. To my knowledge, this is the only pizza place in Richmond where you can request meat toppings that are 100% beef, turkey, or chicken instead of pork. With vegan and vegetarian options as well, there’s something for everyone here. I live nearby, but never knew about their options until a coworker told me. For me, it’s an absolute game changer to have this place in Richmond (I have a pork allergy) and a great bonus that it’s right down the street from me. Additionally, the price is very reasonable. The food is always good. checkout is seamless because of the pay terminals at the table. Carpets and mopping could use some attention. In my last two visits the carpets appeared soiled. “Our office ordered 8 different orders from the Midlothian location via the Five Guys website. Was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I was greeted the moment I walked in and they were putting the finishing touches on our order. The lady that was finalizing our order was very nice and made sure that everything we had ordered was in the bag. Once I got to the office, everything was in the order in which we ordered on the website by their number sticker system. It was perfect and I was able to get everyone their lunches without any problems. Every single one of our orders were exactly how we had asked for them to be made. It is great to see the ladies that were working on 5/01/24 during lunch rush make sure that our order was complete and that we had everything we needed (ketchup, napkins, etc). I recommend Five Guys (especially this location) to anyone that want a good tasting burger! Thank you, Five Guys, for making our lunch meeting a successful one.“

So good, I went back twice within the same day just for a second slice! “I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“
