“Immediately greeted with a smile and the type of hospitality a family or friend would give you. The food was delicious. We ordered the dynamite shrimp, lemongrass pork with noodle and beef bulgogi with rice. I also got the mango passionfruit juice with lychee jelly. Everything was amazing! 10/10 would recommend.“

“Absolutely phenomenal experience at CHIC’N CRAVE in Petersburg! I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. That kind of care and quality, especially so close to closing time, really impressed me. The food? Top-tier. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the tenders were juicy with a golden crunch. But the honey biscuits stole the show—soft, buttery, and just the right touch of sweetness. What really stood out, though, was the service. The owner personally greeted me with a warm welcome, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of hospitality and pride in both food and service. If you're in Petersburg or just passing through, CHIC’N CRAVE on North Sycamore Street is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Very tasty food. The red hot sauce and the green sauce are so delicious. But honestly... the chicken is great without any extra sauce.
This was the best latin food we've had since moving to the East Coast .
We'll definitely mark this as a stop for our travels up and down the coast.“

“This is the 3nd time coming here and as I had mentioned the last 2 times.....it did not disappoint! We order our favorite flavor Honey Garlic Crispy and crunchy as always and this time we got the Dumplings and Rose’ Ddeok-Bokki. Both were AMAZING! We order way more than last time and had plenty left for lunch the next day. The lady was so sweet and they are always very kind. Cant wait to go again.“

“It was our first time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken, and it was an awesome experience thanks to Kamron! He went above and beyond to explain the menu to us and point out all the great options.The food ended up being amazing!! Very tasty and delicious, and I can’t forget about the great portions.

“Went through the Drv thru line after 5pm . The line wasn't bad. I placed my order for the #1 Chicken sandwich combo plus a brownie. The line moved well until I got to the window. Several times I was asked my name and people behind me got their orders. Finally a new server asked what I ordered and at first he wasn't sure of my name. Then he brought me a bag for BRAD. Correct order but my name is LARRY. I expect better from Chick-fil-A, the food was good when I finally got it.“

“We visit this location weekly, but today I felt I needed to write a review. We usually always have great service, and food, however today was the exception.
When we arrived, it was fairly busy, but we expect that each time we go. The food is great, and our community supports this location. We ordered our usual, 2- 3 finger combos, and a 4 piece box. Got it home and to our surprise, one of the drinks, the Sprite, wasn’t Sprite at all. Apparently it had run out, and nobody changed it. So we had a cup of what tastes like nasty alka seltzer. When we opened our food, the fries were cold, which was odd considering the amount of cars in the drive through. And the bread was only toasted on one side.
A complete let down today. Sacrificing quality bc of quantity of customers is not the best decision. Our community loves this location, and would hate to see it demise bc of short cuts…. Please Kane’s managers, teach consistent quality above all !!!“

“Yum. Raising Cane's does everything right - simplicity, speed, chicken, and toast. Despite being right by the Diamond this is our go-to Cane's, it's always pretty fast and the quality is excellent. Game days can get a little slower but not by much. Just beware - turning into the drive through lanes is harrowing since it's literally RIGHT AWAY after turning into the parking lot, so some due caution is necessary to make sure you don't end up t-boned by a car coming from Toast or rear-ended by a car also turning in.“

I always go during or after my shift at kilwins and all my co workers love it too, I can’t remember the last time I had a shift and not gotten Chickfila from this amazing establishment. The workers are so sweet and kind, and so hard working, i always feel welcomed coming in, and the food is magical, there is no day where i don’t crave it.“

“I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience from start to finish.
The location is incredibly convenient, making it a great spot to grab a quick meal when you're on the go.
As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.
I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.
The seasoning was spot on, and they were cooked to perfection. It’s great to see that even in the fast-food world, Chick-fil-A delivers such high-quality, flavorful food.
What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff was attentive and made sure the experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in.
The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing your meal to go.
For fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the top choices.

“Well mapped drive through and mobile order lanes, they do not spill over into the street like other chick-fil-a's in the area. While wait times for pick up orders can be excessive the atmosphere and over all quality the franchise is known for makes up for any slight inconvenience.“

Shirt tucked in well groomed and well spoken. If I were regional ops he would Definitely be my prospect to represent one of the locations for manager. “Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“
