“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“Immediately greeted with a smile and the type of hospitality a family or friend would give you. The food was delicious. We ordered the dynamite shrimp, lemongrass pork with noodle and beef bulgogi with rice. I also got the mango passionfruit juice with lychee jelly. Everything was amazing! 10/10 would recommend.“

I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. “Absolutely worth every penny!
​I used to be hesitant to order fried chicken because I hate when the outside is crispy but the inside turns out dry. bb.q Chicken completely smashed those fears. I got the Korean garlic fries chicken, and it hit every single point perfectly: incredibly crunchy on the outside and impossibly juicy on the inside.
​Honestly, it’s so good it completely ruins standard American fried chicken for me which is usually expensive and dry anyway. The quality here makes the price 100% worth it.
​I’m already planning my next trip to try a half-and-half box (definitely getting the garlic glaze again!). If you want actual perfection and a satisfying meal, this is the spot. Highly recommend!“

“It is always freezing cold if you sit next to the kids play area, but the restaurant is always clean. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Just be sure to bring a jacket, my kids know if they are headed to Chick-fil-A they need a jacket.“

“Some of the best fried chicken gizzards in Richmond! I don't think they're on the menu, but just ask for them. I think they're $7 for a pound or so.“

“We visit this location weekly, but today I felt I needed to write a review. We usually always have great service, and food, however today was the exception.
When we arrived, it was fairly busy, but we expect that each time we go. The food is great, and our community supports this location. We ordered our usual, 2- 3 finger combos, and a 4 piece box. Got it home and to our surprise, one of the drinks, the Sprite, wasn’t Sprite at all. Apparently it had run out, and nobody changed it. So we had a cup of what tastes like nasty alka seltzer. When we opened our food, the fries were cold, which was odd considering the amount of cars in the drive through. And the bread was only toasted on one side.
A complete let down today. Sacrificing quality bc of quantity of customers is not the best decision. Our community loves this location, and would hate to see it demise bc of short cuts…. Please Kane’s managers, teach consistent quality above all !!!“

“Yum. Raising Cane's does everything right - simplicity, speed, chicken, and toast. Despite being right by the Diamond this is our go-to Cane's, it's always pretty fast and the quality is excellent. Game days can get a little slower but not by much. Just beware - turning into the drive through lanes is harrowing since it's literally RIGHT AWAY after turning into the parking lot, so some due caution is necessary to make sure you don't end up t-boned by a car coming from Toast or rear-ended by a car also turning in.“

“This Chic-fil-A is located in Chippenham hospital. The service is great. The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and our food always hot. This is my go to when I don't feel like going all the way to the Forest Hill location.“

“This is one of the best places to get chicken straps. If your not looking for chicken straps don't go as that is the only thing they have and there menu is very limited. It,s my favorite place for chicken strips and crinkle fries. It's a little pricey but for delicious fresh food it's on par in that category.“

As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.

I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.

The seasoning was spot on, and they were cooked to perfection. It’s great to see that even in the fast-food world, Chick-fil-A delivers such high-quality, flavorful food.

What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff was attentive and made sure the experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing your meal to go.

For fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the top choices.

“I never give a bad review unless there is a good reason. The girl who actually brought the food out was sort of nice. She wasn't the typical person that works at CFA. I asked for some extra sauce and another bag because the one I got food in was full to the point hard to close. The food wasn't for me but my daughter and son inlaw who were at the hospital after she gave birth yesterday. She came with the extra sauce, but no bag after she first went to take gather and take food to another car. Then asked again for the bag. Kinda ignored me, on purpose gave no response. The I watched her go and gather food for another order. All the while I am blocking the lane. After about 2 minutes I just finally left because I was now being rude to other people. She was just a very unemotional rude person. No personality or care. I ahould have gone back a taken apic of the person. But i didnt and wont. The food as always was good, the atmosphere i always love. Never been to that CFA before and probably never Will again because we live in NC. But it was infuriating to say the least. So obvious the person was not a caring typical nice CFA person.“

“Like 99.9 Chick-fil-A 's I've visited, this visit was great. The only issue I had was the request for extra pickles on my sandwich was missed. In fact I got no pickles which makes me believe the sandwich maker confused extra with NO. We went to the mobile order lane and the timeline was quick and uneventful. Courteous and friendly. One last comment, I'm back home in NC, so the wreaths are probably down by now, but next time hang them evenly,lol.(See photo) What else is there to complain about.
