“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

I placed a large order just 30 minutes before closing—four chicken sandwiches, a 20-piece chicken tender meal, and their amazing honey biscuits—and everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. “Hooray for our kids, the play area is open again, it's pretty standard equipment for Chick Fila, but I think it's all brand new. This location provides mouthwash in the restroom, crayons in one of the condiment stations, and those adhesive placemats for toddlers. They checked on us at our table a few times like we were at a restaurant. The parking spaces for dine-in felt limited, but it was appropriate for the number of tables they had available.“

“Lees is definitely enough to put the all three much popular chains like Popeyes,KFC and Church's to deep shame.Bojangles well that's definitely stiff competition because they're no joke either lol but there's something more authentic and more homely about Lee's.Their chicken taste like the fried chicken your mom makes in a batch and then bring it to church for lunch after service.Their chicken taste taste is fully seasoned,crispy and juicy,biscuits taste like they're from scratch.Nothing ashy and hard enough for me to play frisbee with.The service from the workers are so professional and cheery and love the cleanliness of the place.The mac and cheese in my opinion need a little more work,it kind of taste like box macaroni,they need to change up the recipe but other than that Lee's is always my go to place whenever i'm down in Richmond Va.“

“After watching the owners life story on the famous show Shark Tank, I decided to speed up my first visit to one of his restaurants .My God kids and I went to celebrate one of their birthdays. The atmosphere was vibrant. The kids enjoyed themselves. The fries were good, but the chicken fingers were off the chain excellent! Other than the taste, I was surprised how long they stayed very warm for the first 15 minutes of eating them. Definitely worth a visit if you love chicken- period!!“

“Took the dog to the pump road dog park today. When leaving I decided to go to the Arby's there in short pump to grab lunch. Pulling up to the drive through I asked "do you guys still have the BLT" knowing it was a seasonal thing. The reply came "It's not on the menu anymore but we can sure still make you one. “I am a DoorDash driver, and I’ve been to this location frequently. Every single time, it is spotless, everyone is so kind, and they are quick to bring out the food. When I was there today, there was an ENTIRE group of people with one singular order (I’d say around 35 people? All on one ticket.) and I had 2 DoorDash orders. Let me tell you, I have never seen ANY restaurant, regardless of if it was fast food or not, bring out such quality food in such a timely fashion. Not to mention they were so patient with the entire group, and me! They were so nice, and such troopers. Good job today, guys!!“

“Not all Five Guys are created equal. This location has a secret to make your meal more unique, more exciting, and delicious- Alejandro. He and the crew will prepare the usual great menu everyone enjoys BUT he will also introduce you to special Secret Menu dishes for your meal AND even though he is the Manager he will use the grill himself to perform magic. If you don't believe me- try the Five Guys Sloppy Joe Burger, unlike your high school cafeteria experience, be prepared for chopped burger, grilled chopped peppers, grilled chopped onions, and a blend of sauces to thrill your taste buds. There's so much he gives you extra in addition to the sandwich. It ain't on the menu and other locations deny it exists but Alejandro can make it happen.“

“This location just renovated, food and service were good. The restroom was clean and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. I liked the fact that employees wear gloves, yet, I wish they were wearing masks. Lastly it was cold in there. I understand that it was warm that day, however, it was cooler outside by then. I can still get dinner and feel good before I lay down for bed. My favorite and only item I order is the Caniac Meal. Its just the right chicken amount although they cut back on the amount but still does the job. At times, the later you go the slower the service but you can't complain. Fresh food is not fast but cooked to order so I can enjoy it when I get home. I told my parents about it. They shrugged me off and said I dont like it. Now they frequent the location as they realized you get a good deal on the combo meals that are right just for what you need. Any problems in the past especially large orders, they fix it with a smile and what keeps me coming back is customer service. You will enjoy the chain. Make sure to let us know what you like as every day isn't perfect but that means the company is just fixing whatever they find broken doesn't make them bad at all!“

“Had called the store to place an order for a birthday cake for a surprise dinner next door to them and spoke with Princy. I ended up placing an online order with her on the phone for a pick up time hours later. She called me to make sure payment went through because she didn’t see the order shortly after hanging up. Went ahead and made the cake for me regardless of them having the order and she said she was positive the order would show up at the 5:00 pick up time. Princy really went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Everyone in the store was happy and was great when I got to the store to pick up cake.“

My boyfriend took it back to let them know that it was wrong, a long with the receipt. The staff seemed to be angry that we brought it back. Not one apology at at all. I understand that it was close to closing tim I am not as upset about the incorrect burger, as I am about the lack of compassion from the staff.“

So we went to our local one to be treated horrible. So we reached out to Dairy Queen on Charter Colony to be told they had the image in stock and were sorry how the other store treated us. On the day we picked it up I was beyond impressed! It was exactly the way he wanted and so yummy! Definitely will only be using this Dairy Queen in the future! “Went here for dinner on 11/11/24. The first thing I noticed was the gigantic sign. I think it was the biggest sign on that road. It did not take me long to order, and staff was nice. I ordered classic roast beef combo with curly fried and Dr. Pepper for the drink. The roast beef was packed with meat, it was fresh, bun was soft, and curly fries were hot. I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely go back here when I back in the area to photograph bald eagles.“
