“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“For someone who really doesn’t like salad, Jackie completely changed my experience! She took her time to explain everything calmly and patiently. She was knowledgeable and made my salad exactly the way I wanted it. Jackie is an excellent employee who truly cares about making sure customers are happy.“

The waitress check on us several times to make sure we ordered and received everything before the kitchen closed at 9:45pm. I do not normally enjoy the white sauce at any restaurant in Virginia. Although I am proud that it's a Virginia thing, so I at least try it. I loved the white sauce there! I believe I fell in love with white sauce that long ago Every white sauce I have had since then has been a disappointment and caused me to not like it. “Had breakfast here and ordered the salmon and egg, it came with a crispy latke, labneh, and a perfectly jammy egg. The flavors were such a good balance and worked really well together. We sat outside on the patio with our dog, which made it even better. The food came out quickly and everyone was genuinely kind. I’d definitely come back.“

“Went through the drive thru for a simple chicken sandwich and sweet tea. There were at least 8-9 cars in line ahead of me.
There were more but I couldn't see around the building. However, the employees at ChicFilA are always fast, friendly and very efficient! They had someone outside taking orders and collecting payment for our food. I was able to get my sandwich and tea in record time; considering how many cars were ahead of me. SUPER JOB TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES! 😁“

It truly had lump crab and lobster in the omelette some omelettes when you deal with seafood are skimpy with the crab and lobster, but hands-down Lulu was one of the best and their omelette was truly well done sometimes omelettes are not cooked all the way through. It was just an amazing experience for me, I was thoroughly impressed. I will be coming back lol 😂 I saw 👀 the chicken and red velvet waffles!“

I order take out or delivery from here probably once a week (for the past year or so) and every time I go in to get my order if DJ is working, he has a huge smile and welcomes me in by name. He is so sweet and always makes sure my order is correct. I’ve also never had issues with my order when he has handled it. Today, I ordered delivery and he even wrote on the cookie bag Hey Mrs. Lexie, Enjoy & Merry Christmas. These little things are the level of customer service that go above and beyond and keep us coming back. He is vital to this company and deserves some sort of promotion. “Great customer service, every staff member we met was overly courteous.

Food was delicious and a great value. I really enjoyed the buns on the hot dog and the burger. Truffle fries had excellent flavor and seasoning. Chai was really well balanced. And the cappuccino was really good.

Parking can be validated by the restaurant just ask the hostess. We parked in a free lot across from the main parking lot.

“Look I've been to a lot of Olive Gardens in my life and I've had mediocre, great, and poor experiences. However, we genuinely had the best experience we've ever had a few days ago by our server Marcus.

“Very good service and atmosphere. The food overall was very good but their trademark complimentary salad was not as expected. The dressing did not taste like it usually does. Not sure what changed with the salad dressing, but it was not what we usually get from the Olive Garden franchise.“
