“Hello, I just went through the drive-through to get sweet tea for my wife and two-year-old son. As I pulled into the parking lot, the woman at the podium handing out receipts gave me a dirty look, possibly because of my loud exhaust. I proceeded to the line to order my beverage, and while I waited, she handed receipts to the two cars in front of me but stared at me and my car with the same look. She didn’t offer me a receipt, which my wife needs to scan for points on an app that helps us financially. I had to ask for one when I got to the window to pick up my drink. I noticed this number on the receipt, which belongs to the operator, Jason Umberger. I believe the employee may need some coaching on maintaining professionalism and not letting personal judgments affect her behavior at work. As a manager for a company in Virginia that sponsors VCU, the Flying Squirrels, and many others, I understand the importance of professional conduct in the workplace. This was 8/22/23 @ 6:19PM.“

“Stopped in the other day for takeout. Staff so friendly, decided to dine in. Salad was amazing and the service was fantastic - very engaging and friendly. Highly recommend anyone to venture into Chopt - Richmond location. The Manager of this location has a great team - a reflection of good leadership. “This is my second time coming to this Chopt and it’s simply because Destiny gives top notch service in everything she does. My first time coming (last Friday), she was patient and kindly walked me through all of the options and her own personal favorites which were amazing. She also shared about the rewards program which made me a member. The thing that stood out most about Destiny was her overall presence and customer service. I truly believe thought she was a manager (and really hope she is on track to become on should she desire) no, I don’t know her from anyone else in Richmond but I can tell you, she is exceptional. “I went to the Holly Philly foodtruck located on Midlothian turnpike at the BP gas station. The customer service was outstanding and it was hands down the Best Philly sub I have had in a long time. I ordered their #7 12 inch combo and it was enough food to split for two people. I will definitely be returning!“

“This place is one you have to order out, but when I tell you the pizza is delicious, I mean it. To me, it is honestly one of the best (if not THE best) pizzeria in Richmond. The ingredients are fresh and the red sauce is perfection.

My only critique would be for a crispier crust, but that's just me. I have ordered their Greek pizza and have had both my aunt and grandmother try it and both agreed it was one of the best slices they've had since moving down here from NY (hence why I like a crispier crust, lol).

“Great place with a wonderful value! There's six different options for stew, but I ended up having the chicken tinga. It was fantastic, savory tomato broth with a generous portion of fall-apart chicken. We came on a Tuesday, so we were able to get birria mini-tacos for a dollar each. They've also got a nice little bottled beer and juice selection. I opted for a pacifico and it went great with everything. It's rare that I crave hot stew in the summer time but I can't wait until I come back here!“

The convenience of a full Saladworks menu and a Frutta Bowls menu allows for a little something for everyone. “This was my bestie and my spot 8+ years ago and I on a whim remembered it. My boyfriend and I ate there tonight. It was served fast and hot. The waitress check on us several times to make sure we ordered and received everything before the kitchen closed at 9:45pm. I do not normally enjoy the white sauce at any restaurant in Virginia. Although I am proud that it's a Virginia thing, so I at least try it. I loved the white sauce there! I believe I fell in love with white sauce that long ago Every white sauce I have had since then has been a disappointment and caused me to not like it. But I'm back home and I promise you that this is the best white sauce in Richmond!“

It truly had lump crab and lobster in the omelette some omelettes when you deal with seafood are skimpy with the crab and lobster, but hands-down Lulu was one of the best and their omelette was truly well done sometimes omelettes are not cooked all the way through. We went to Perly's a couple days later and for the same prices the food standards were much higher. If they can step up the on the kitchen a couple notches, I will go back regularly. “What a great spot. I am a big believer in the smallest of places having the biggest of flavors and personalities.

This is it, Pop’s Dogs were just that great dogs. Walked in and immediately I was greeted by the folks inside and the barstools within reach of the door. I popped a squat, placed my order and had great conversations while Pop himself (unsure if it was himself) but watched him bend and stretch and dance around the tiny layout with the grace of a swan. Grabbing dogs, frying fries, pouring teas and lemonades.
Alas it was my turn to dig in and I sat outside with a local artist and his terrier and took it all in.
I enjoyed the food, was brave enough to have the seal broken on the pickle jar on the counter for a huge dill and was not disappointed.

Great ambiance of old medical devices, toys, papers and memorabilia. The 1920’s shock machine was my favorite and I need one to use as a Tens unit.

“My wife and I love coming here. I dont want to review it becasue it's typically not busy, but they deserve the credit. They should be busy for how good the food and people are.

We still love coming here. Be it a date or with our kids. Food is always great, the people are incredible and they even had the strongman competition on tonight.“

“I typically dine in around my lunch break, which is 30 minutes. I get the endless soup, salad, and water. My total is no more than 12 bucks after taxes. It's quick, cheap, and delicious. The environment around 11am-12:30p is chill, calm, and pretty much laid back and quite.“

“The food was actually not bad at this location however the service was a little eh. We had a large party of people and they had two servers coming and going but it was like they could only remember one thing at a time. The girl that was our main server was really nice and would apologize however the gentleman server would act like it was your fault he had to run back and get something he forgot in the first place. “It is always freezing cold if you sit next to the kids play area, but the restaurant is always clean. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Just be sure to bring a jacket, my kids know if they are headed to Chick-fil-A they need a jacket.“
