“It had been 20 years since I had Subway Station in Williamsburg. I never knew there was another store until I read a local newspaper article about this location. Absolutely great food, it took me back to having lunches with my grandma at the Williamsburg location all those years ago!“

“We came in hot and hungry but we left smiling. The store was super clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Someone was cleaning the restrooms as soon as we walked in. All of the ingredients looked fresh and the staff wiped up their messes in real time. This was our first time at this location and we were not disappointed. Two thumbs up!“

“When I tell you this is the best subway to go to.i normally goes into this Subway atleast twice a week the customer service is amazing Parbati is the best. She welcome me everytime I go in there never a dull moment, she's very friendly and nice. Since I been working in a different location I don't get to go in there as much, I made my way there today and and she greeted me with the biggest smile , I was so glad to see her. I will go in there if she's not there, but I prefer to go when she is working. She turns a bad day into good day for me. “Ok so today a friend and I came here for the first time today. The 2 women that were working today around 4pm were amazing. When I say their customer service was not only amazing you could actually tell that they we're dedicated to providing that service. My food was amazing and I promise you this is the only subway I'll be going too. Thanks Ladies.“

“Haven't been here in ages. The store was really nice and clean including the bathrooms. Great employees. They did a good job even though I had a coughing fit the whole time I was ordering. The menu has changed but it looks better. The food tasted good. We will probably start eating at subway again after this experience.“

“I get Subway pretty often compared to other restaurants at the moment because of the simple deals and good service. Each time I do an online order, my food is always prepared by the time I get there. Additionally, the staff is very welcoming and respectful“

“Every time we come to this Subway, it just feels easy and familiar. I usually order for my mom, my son, and myself, and it’s always a good experience. My son is 10 and loves coming here—he gets so excited to order his own sub and always asks for his two chocolate chip cookies (non-negotiable 😂).
The staff are seriously great. They’re friendly, respectful, and they actually remember my son’s order since he gets the same thing every time. He feels like a regular, and he loves that. He likes this location so much that if someone takes him to a different Subway, he’s genuinely upset.

“I love this place, always clean and staff is always polite. I normally stay and eat inside because of those things, food always is covered and protected. They're always helping you with the deal of the day and so on. Prices are as usual, notbad at all. Quick.easy and healthy! Thanks for keeping this Elevator Man fed throughout my late nights and early mornings.

“Stopped in for a quick lunch and a bathroom break for me and my kids. The bathroom was clean, which I think anyone can appreciate. We were the only ones there so there was no waiting. They were really patient with my kids! I gave the food a lower score because when we grabbed drinks, only fountain were available as there was no brewed teas or coffee available.“

“First time trying Jersey Mike's. I got the club sub very good. I told the man waiting on me this was my first time and he was very nice and explained the menu. He recommended what to get since this was my first time. Cashier was also nice and recommended some other subs. Food was fresh. Definitely will return soon to try other subs.“

“The food and service was great. We tried this location after the chesapeake square store location gave us a bad deal. We paid for extra meat on a giant sub and received 2.5 slices. (Yes, the guy ripped a slice in half, lol). This location is much better. Glad to see it was not a corporate policy as that store claimed, but a store manager or shift supervisor decision. Really? Give extra small addition of meat when paying more? That decision makes this location our new go-to.“
