“I had to place a relatively large order for my job for a luncheon. It was approximately 49 boxed sandwiches.
2 days before delivery i called and spoke to Tom to make sure we were good for the order and that he had received it. Tom was wonderful he was already preparing the boxes and labels. I double checked with Tom that delivery time was ok and Tom's response was i will have it to ypu by 11 (i had requested 11:30).
Friday 11 am my cell phone rang and it was Colton the delivery driver with our food! Colton was so wonderful he unloaded everything and made sure I had what I needed.
During the set up of the luncheon I had several people stop in and ask where we got our food from. I told them Wich Wich in Suffolk!! The entire department enjoyed the food.
I called Tom to let him know everything was great and thanked him and Colton. Tom told me to stop in and ask for him next time I was in the area.
So I did today and got to meet Tom and see Colton again. Great customer service great food. I feel like Tom is someone I have known forever. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!!“

“When I tell you this is the best subway to go to.i normally goes into this Subway atleast twice a week the customer service is amazing Parbati is the best. She welcome me everytime I go in there never a dull moment, she's very friendly and nice. Since I been working in a different location I don't get to go in there as much, I made my way there today and and she greeted me with the biggest smile , I was so glad to see her. I will go in there if she's not there, but I prefer to go when she is working. She turns a bad day into good day for me. “Haven't been here in ages. The store was really nice and clean including the bathrooms. Great employees. They did a good job even though I had a coughing fit the whole time I was ordering. The menu has changed but it looks better. The food tasted good. We will probably start eating at subway again after this experience.“

“Every time we come to this Subway, it just feels easy and familiar. I usually order for my mom, my son, and myself, and it’s always a good experience. My son is 10 and loves coming here—he gets so excited to order his own sub and always asks for his two chocolate chip cookies (non-negotiable 😂).
The staff are seriously great. They’re friendly, respectful, and they actually remember my son’s order since he gets the same thing every time. He feels like a regular, and he loves that. He likes this location so much that if someone takes him to a different Subway, he’s genuinely upset.

“I love this place, always clean and staff is always polite. I normally stay and eat inside because of those things, food always is covered and protected. They're always helping you with the deal of the day and so on. Prices are as usual, notbad at all. Quick.easy and healthy! “The food is good, however the bone in wings can be a bit dry. If you come in I would definitely recommend the fruit lemonades and the fries, the fries are the best fast food fries I've ever tried. (Like seriously, the fries are amazing)“

“Ultimate BMT and other premium sandwiches have the same amount of meat as the regular. They are supposed to be double meat and double cheese. The steak barely had any meat on it.The only bread that is worth getting is the Italian herb. The other breads have no volume. Other then that the sub was good and the location is“
