McDonald's in Charlottesville

“I stop at this McDonalds to pick up breakfast on my way to pick up my fiancé who is exhausted and hungry after working all night and part of the morning. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. It's a smaller McDonalds and is tucked away in the Northern part of town so it's not as busy, at least when I come there on weekend mornings. I have gotten wonderful, courteous, and efficient service here, and the store is clean and cozy. I love their cute string lights inside. The food is always fresh and delicious and their caramel latte is to die for. Thank you!“

“You have to use the screen to place your own order and pay for it if you wish right there. It's convenient but it can also be a little confusing. But one of the workers there what are lunch to us at the table we were at.

We had two cups of coffee and two hamburgers and a large fry and it was all good.“

“Cara and Damien are the best of all Macdonald, my husband told me that he asked for something and the order was totally different and they very kindly resolved it for me, I love these guys because they made my night so easy, these guys are the ones that Macdonald needs, I am happy, very happy that they have attended me. “Got through the drive-thru quickly, and the food was tasty. However, the order taker used a sneaky upsell tactic, trying to get me to buy a larger coffee when I had clearly asked for a meal by number. Dude, it’s breakfast—I’m not caffeinated yet, not thinking clearly, and definitely NOT in the mood for games. If I ask for a number two meal, I want it the way it comes, not a sales pitch to squeeze a few extra cents of profit out of me for the corporation. I could maybe understand if you earned a commission, but you’re not—you’re just lining the pockets of corporate executives while the rest of us are doing our best in a tough economy. Please, just stop.“

“Nice clean restaurant went inside to give my order.And the girl that was at the register walked away as I Walked up.So I put my order in at the kiosk.When my order came out, the person who put it on the counter.Just set it up there called my number and walk away.She didn't say thank you nothing just walk away
I took the order to go got in my Van and drove away when I started eating my food. I found out that the burger was overcooked and the French fries undercooked. A little bit, they were squishy, not crisp.“
