“Shout out to Alex! I ordered delivery through their third party app. I didn't get my margaritas (and I really needed my margaritas) and my daughter's taco order was incorrect. I called and after talking to the hostest and the manager, I finally got to Alex. They don't have control over the app or the driver, they also can't refund if you paid through the app. They offered a store credit, but that didn't solve the problem, I was at Karen level by this time. But they made it right- Alex drove to my house with my margaritas and not just one, but 2 tacos for my daughter. Now that is how you take care of the customer. Only Los Primos at Hanbury for this family from now on!!“

“Ok. Hear me out. The choices here are amazing! Definitely a great Chipotl3 contender ...however and I hope someone in corporate could see this ... the key here is the base... your quinoa? Excellent! ...your tortilla? Soft and yet sturdy to hold burrito contents...your rice?... this is where there is an opportunity for improvement... the parboiled rice does not do justice to the seasonings it has ... if you would shift away from parboiled and start with an industrial rice cooker and make that from scratch... I guarantee you that you will de-throne other burrito/taco/bowl places. The place was clean, inviting, and the service 👌🏼. Will definitely come back. Oh! And that raspberry lemonade? Primo!!!“

“I was tired of Taco Bell and remembered my ex-boyfriend had gone here before and bought me some awesome steak quesadillas. They have great Latin music playing, and the waitresses are right there at the counter. You can sit at tables if you prefer instead of ordering take-out. My waitress gave me a menu, and after ordering, I only had about a 15-minute wait. It was worth it. They were just as I remembered. The meat was tender, and I couldn't finish it all in one go! ¡Muy delicioso! 😍🫶🌺💯!!!“

“We came here a lot when I was younger and living in Great Bridge. We were in the area again yesterday and decided to eat dinner here.

The service was great; the employee that made our food was pleasant and decently fast.

The food was good as well. My parents got nachos, which they enjoyed. I got a burrito, which was pretty good, but I found that the ingredients were not mixed very well in the burrito. I didn't get much of the meat until the second half of the burrito, and certain ingredients seemed pushed towards one part of the burrito, leaving very little of that ingredient in the other parts.

Overall, the experience was certainly not bad. If you like Moe's, you probably won't have a problem with this location.“

That being said prices were a little wild. 4 tacos was 18$ without tip I think if they were a little more reasonably priced I would give them 5 stars other than that this place is amazing. (Obviously not everyone here speaks English so also keep that in mind)“

I was plain and tried just a soft taco with sour cream. $3.01 is definitely alot for a fast food taco. It was pretty similar to taco bell. Just fresher. Meat tasted like spot on the same. “I have no comments about the drive through or mobile ordering. I just got back from3 years overseas so I knew I was going to take minute to see how the menu was different. I ordered 2 chalupas with no sour cream and 1 burrito with sour cream and the lady making it came and asked me if I wanted the sour cream in the burrito or if that was a mistake. That was thoughtful and she was very sweet which is something I've rarely encountered in customer service since I returned. The lobby was very clean as well.“
