“I live in Pa and was down in the area for work. So this is my first time trying anything from here. I ordered a cheesesteak just meat, cheese, mayo and pickles. And a order of bacon cheese fries. I got my food and was disappointed. The fries were good. No complaints. But my cheesesteak barely had any meat. I literally had 3 bites worth of meat. Everything else was bread. The bread was good and what little bites I had with meat in them were good. I'm not gonna say I wouldn't go back but I'd like to give them another try.“

“Dined here for lunch on a Friday at noon with my coworkers at their suggestion. The reviews are so mixed and that had me nervous but we had a great experience. I made a reservation on Open Table and we were seated promptly. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and the host was also our server. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions.

I enjoyed my caesar salad and the buffalo wings as starter (plus the bread lol). My wings were cooked well as I asked and were the perfect amount of heat for wing zings. For a couple of people they were too spicy but they were perfect to me. I ordered the create your own pasta as my entree. I selected baked ziti, vodka sauce, sausage, with onions and spinach. The pasta arrived HOT so it had to cool a bit before I could try it. I think my selections complimented each other well and the pasta was delicious and tasted even better the next day. Definitely a good suggestion if you’re in the Chester area; great for groups, families, couples, and solo diners!“

“I was impressed with the food and the service I received at Tramonto. I ate there for the first time tonight and this will be my new go to Italian place as long as I live in the area. Our food was ready at the time we placed our order for and it was hot when we got home. One of our items was accidentally forgotten and when I called up there the young lady who answered the phone was very kind and apologetic and did what was necessary to make it right. “Colonial Italian Restaurant in colonial heights: if you have an Italian taste bud it’s great. My husband and I sat at the bar for our first time there. After sitting there for about 10 mins we were finally asked if we were dinning in or carrying out. coming from a past server/bartender the service was HORRIBLE. Food was great. I got the build your own pasta with a soup. Soup came out first, after finishing that the plate and bowl sat there until we left. My plate from my pasta after being boxed sat there until we left as well. Felt like we were just a nuisance to her evening. The bartender was NOT FRIENDLY, and I know from past profession we have our good days and bad days but what an experience. She had more conversation and friendliness towards her “regulars” that came in than anyone that was sitting at the bar. We will definitely sit at a table next time.“

“Normally I would support this place. But now I will say I'm very disappointed in this situation they have put in. Right now we are living in a hotel and I asked for two smaller pizzas boxes because it's easier to separate for three people. They were like we have to charge you extra for the boxes yet it's no different than getting your order to go I don't see them charging for that“
