“I am a regular at this restaurant and usually place my orders online for pickup. The previous manager was always exceptionally appreciative and welcoming to all customers.\n\nToday, March 2, 2025, at 10:15 AM, I picked up my Number 13 and Number 10. When I walked into the restaurant, there were no other customers present. I greeted the person making sandwiches, but he did not reciprocate. However, when I reached the counter, he asked if I was picking up an order. I confirmed, and he acknowledged that he was preparing my order (Ticket Number: 01-000261-99-177267).\n\nNonetheless, I waited for my sandwiches, and the gentleman who finished/bagged the Tuna and Italian was kind and thanked me. I’m still giving 5 stars—perhaps it was just early, and the person making the subs, who seemed to be the floor manager, simply didn’t hear me. Let’s leave it at that.\n\nV/R,\nDr. Ken King“

Parking: They have adequate parking available in front of the store, it’s a independent store so no issues with parking and access

“Due to Post issues, the driver, poor thing could not arrive in time in order one hour and 10 minutes later oh also forgot my chips. I think that’s almost 3 dollars. We’ll have to contact the store to see how I can get that next time.
Update Trey came back and bought me my chips. Thank you all“

“Had an amazing brunch from Jimmy John's for the New Year! The food was excellent, prepared quickly, and the delivery person was very kind. Jimmy John's has always delivered well for me and my love, and today was no exception. 5/5!“

“Have ordered and dined in here many times in past couple of years. Always good food and service. Restaurant recently renovated and looks nice. One oddity though with recent purchase of a wrap. The ends were not folded in as wraps typically are. They basically just put all the fixings on the wrap and rolled it up. This made eating it a very messy experience. But it still tasted delicious.“

“I really like to get my sandwiches from this Subway location. They are always good. I wish the owner would participate in the online ordering process by honoring coupons for online orders. It’s would be easier for me than going to the location to order. There have been times that I would order food elsewhere because I can’t use coupons online here!!“
“A very small Subway shop, it’s barely a few square feet, but so necessary and well-placed as perhaps the only moderately healthy option at the Fort Lee Exchange food court. The employees are always friendly and upbeat even when it’s a hectic line during meal hours! Good quality and well supplied - Fort Lee is the home of culinary and supply, among other things, after all!“

“I came in for a submarine sandwich today and the young American lady who took my order was very polite and even had very good recommendations for the toppings/veggies to go on my sub. The bread was very fresh, fresh cut meats and the sub was not messy and was made picture perfect, it was amazingly delicious. The place was very clean. I will be back for lunch in the near future. Thank you Blimpie at Orange Market.
Parking: Enough parking for 30-60 cars.
Kid-friendliness: There is bike and walking trails right across the road.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking, Ramps and sidewalks.“

“Placed a mobile order that wasn’t able to be picked up due to a staff member on break. Came back a day later and the GM Nikki handled the situation professionally and diligently. She gave me a full refund and complimentary meal. Mike, an employee, delivered on a scrumptious sandwich to which I devoured half and gave the other half to a homeless man. 10/10 staff 10/10 sandwich“

“The last time I was in there, Was last year. Service was Slow and when I asked About The Birthday program, was Darn right Rude. This was The Colonial Heights location. Normally I would have Complained. But was Mad 😡 and for Got about it. I'm a Disabled man. And how I Was Treated Was uncalled for. Haven't been back Since!“
“This location has an awesome staff that knows what they are doing @ the grill. They were courteous and helpful to someone that hadn't eaten at a Charlie's in quite some time. I will def be back to this location and suggest trying if you are in the area! Kudos Charlie's! 5 *****“

“Every time we order all food is as requested an filled to our liking ask for oil an vinegar the sandwich is soaked to our liking sandwiches are awesome looking the staff love their job an it shows a few of the other stores I went to do not share the same joy in their work
Vegetarian options: Staff are friendly ask you how you want your sandwich or order an they make it to your liking
Dietary restrictions: If no salt they remove salt from menu if you are a vegetarian they honor your request if you want it toasted they do an if not they don't
Kid-friendliness: Cookies are at child level so kids see them I like their cookies as well
Wheelchair accessibility: Some stores offer handicap parking an some do not the store I go to does have handicap parking“

“The food is typical Subway food. The staffing is less at off peak times and more when needed. It is clean and well maintained. There’s a nice sized dining room to find seating and ample parking both in front and behind the building. We’ve made it our choice twice on this trip.“

“So I had a large order 9 subs and not only were these the best, freshest subs I’ve ever gotten from any subway Ive ever been to… but being it was a large order they even marked on each sub to match the receipt number so I didn’t have to dig through each one to see what it was!!! Very satisfied and thinking from now on this will be the only subway I go to!!!“
