“I've been going to this location since my early days of working at Blockbuster and Hollywood Video. The management and staff are awesome! When I order my sub I always ask for the original way they cut the bread from the early 90's. Every sub made has been a masterpiece and delicious. This is my favorite and only location I love going to and will continue to do so.“

“This is my go to coffee spot and you really can’t beat the price. Even when I add oat milk to my lattes my total is usually around $5.50- much cheaper than most coffee shops in the area. I love the brown butter toffee and the blueberry cobbler lattes. Some of the workers definitely make the lattes better than others- on a one off occasion my latte tasted like nothing as if they didn’t put any of the flavored syrups in. Their strawberry lemonade is also very good! In terms of sandwiches, I love the chunky dunk and my boyfriend is a big fan of the club sub- even claiming it’s the best sandwich he’s ever had. Ive been coming to this spot since they were a little shack down the street- I love it!“

“This is my favorite Subway. I have been to many subways in my lifetime. I've never been impressed to where I thought I'd write a review. I've come here three times so far and each time I was greeted with a smile. The vegetables are always fresh and the store is always clean. The employees are always patient with me and my kids because we never know what we want. One day I had gotten off of work and got some mud in the store from my boots. They were not angry at all, definitely didn't do it on purpose, but they could see how exhausted and hungry I was at the time. Because of how nice they are to me, my family and the atmosphere this will be my forever subway! Keep doing what you're doing. ❤️❤️“

Kay was very welcoming to my toddler and made him feel like that subway was his home lol she was very friendly and kind and even though I was very indecisive, she was very patient and even helped me make my decision. Something so small goes a long way. Especially when you are rushing and constantly running after a toddler. Kay made us feel very comfortable! “I stopped by to pick up my order after work yesterday and the man and woman working on my order were very friendly and the salad I ordered exceeded my expectations. The cookies were great too and not hard, stale or over baked. The customer service was great and that alone makes me want to return to a business“

Many Subways I’ve visited in recent years have become dirty and poorly run with ingredients that look old, so this is the only one I go to now. “This was my first time at Firehouse Subs. I ordered the steak and cheese on garlic bread along with french fries. I can honestly say this was the best steak and cheese I’ve ever had and I loved the thick fries. I originally went to purchase a Thanksgiving turkey sub, but they were limited time only and I missed out, I bet it was as good as a commercial showed. Either way I will be back!!!“

“Absolutely the BEST customer service I have ever received. The entire staff was friendly from the moment I walked in until I left. They not only were very quick with getting my order and professional, but they immediately started a conversation with me and had huge smiles on their faces and really seemed to care about how my day was going. Additionally, I have celiac disease so it is hard for me to trust the cross-contamination from fast food places, but they took extra steps to ensure I felt safe and could enjoy a sandwich. They changed out their gloves, thoroughly wiped down the entire station including the island and meat cutter machine. They also got a brand new knife and cutting board as well. I will definitely be going here again and am very impressed with the safety standards here as well as the awesome customer service 👏🏻“
