“Delicious food, very under-staffed. They have two sides that are supposed to serve the same food, but every time we’re here, only one side is open. So to get in line, you have to come in the entrance and push through half of the line of waiting people to get to the “end” which is at the cashier-stand of the side that is NOT serving food. Everyone then proceeds backwards through that line to reach the entrance door again, where you finally get to wait through the regular line to get to order food and pay for it. Fantastic experience.“

“This might be the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I feel compelled to write a Taco Bell review, which I eat frequently without review, but this time it was FREAKING AWESOME. Everyone was so happy, it was very very clean, and everything was piping hot. It was a great break for our trip. 10000/10 recommend, it restored my faith in fast food restaurants. The bathroom was so clean I could eat my mini taco off of the floor! Which I can not say about any of the other places we stopped.“

“Taco Bell is part of our family tradition—we eat it every Sunday without fail. So we’re definitely not new to the brand. While driving through Virginia, we stopped by this particular location, and we were blown away by the quality of food and service.
The order was made correctly, everything was warm, and for the first time ever, the nacho cheese served with the fries was actually hot and fresh. It made a huge difference—it was absolutely amazing!
This location sets a new standard. Corporate should do more audits and ensure all Taco Bell locations operate like this one. Whatever they’re doing here, it's working—and it needs to be replicated nationwide.“
