“This was a nice little spot, been several times and each time not very crowded but service is hard to get. Although, the waitress is very nice and even tracked down a customer who forgot his bag. Awesome 🍸 and well done. She cares about the customers, that's for sure.

The first drink I got was amazing, but the second, not so much. And I'm not sure why. It was the same drink lol maybe a fluke accident, maybe forgot an ingredient.

They have QR codes on the bar to scan for service and to pay, which is nice in a hurry, but it didn't work with my camera. Very odd, this has never happened before. I didn't have service for 20 mins, which is when I decided to download a special scan app that did work on the QR code to get my order.

“Ate here before flight to London. Service was great, food was good and I respect the waitresses here. They have lots of patience dealing with the demands of so many picky customers. The Airport Authority should be paying this restaurant for staying here. It's the only location in that terminal to sit down and eat.....Kind of like a Restaurant desert (that's desert, not dessert). The waitresses will let you keep your luggage along the side of one of the service stations....good for easy sight so no one steals your luggage and important trinkets that tourists buy tot take home. It's always crowded, primarily due to lots of flights and poor airport planning, and very few down time windows due to being the only restaurant in this area of the terminal. Imagine all the $$$ the airport authority makes from ticket taxes and taxes on your bill and charging the owner for the space!!!!! I hope the waitresses are compensated well for what they endure.“

“You have to adjust your expectations here: a place to have a drink, a coffee, or a small plate while waiting for someone flying in: yes! The place to get gourmet food or tasty well-crafted drinks: no way! The service was decent, though very basic (bar tender only knew the recepies on the menu, no alterations!).“

“First off the service was great! We got the small room which was on par with other similar karaoke bars.

Maybe because it’s been a while since I’ve been to a karaoke spot but the prices were a bit steep (maybe it’s the area?).

All in all we had an amazing time, the rooms were clean, sound system was great, song selections on point, karaoke system didn’t have a lag like some places, and bathrooms were clean!

Small room fits 6 adults comfortably. 8 would fit but would be a tight fit.

Parking: Part of a strip mall with plenty of free parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Doors have enough clearance, rooms could easily accommodate a wheelchair, and while the bathroom is plenty big to maneuver, I don’t remember seeing a grab bar in the single person bathroom.“

“I recently hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Party Bar and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I opted for a bar buyout to make it a private event, and Dana, the events manager, was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly detailed, communicative, and accommodating—especially helpful since I was planning from out of town. On the night of the dinner, our bartenders—Carter, Tyler, and Chris—were outstanding. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also ensured the buffet stayed stocked throughout the entire three-hour event. Carter even set out to-go boxes at the end of the night so guests could take leftovers home, ensuring nothing went to waste. Everyone raved about the food, and the space was more spacious than I expected. By rearranging the tables, I was able to comfortably seat all 65 guests. I highly recommend the Party Bar for any event or just a fun night out with great food, drinks, and service!“

“Parallel has become one of our favorite go-to spots for happy hour. The atmosphere is relaxed yet lively. We absolutely love the duck fat fries. They are crisp and thick cut. The fried pickles are also very good and if the kids are with us we get the chicken and waffles and kids mac n cheese. It's an amazing gourmet mac n cheese and the fresh fruit side is picture perfect every time.

Montepulciano has become one of our favorite wines. I also enjoy the pinot grigio and sauvignon blanc in the summer. We weren't fans of the chardonnay, but the rest of the wines more than make up for it. Great old fashioned - well balanced.

Service has always been good. All the servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the drink and food menus. We love the atmosphere as well. Very rustic and down to earth.“

“We had a fantastic meal at Chef Geoff's last night! The Mozzarella crispy, and cobb salad was absolutely phenomenal, perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients. Our server, Ghander, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making for a wonderful evening out. “I had the breakfast buffet here as Bonvoy elite member and it was excellent. The lady waiter was very nice and welcoming and the breakfast spread was super tasty.

There were your typical hot items in scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes but there was a lot of fresh fruit including berries as well as smoked salmon.“

“Came in for lunch and had their birria tacos, a chicken Caesar wrap, and a strawberry lemonade. Food and service were both great plus the prices were reasonable. I would definitely consider coming back to try some of the other offerings on their menu.“
