“I’ve been to Cuppi many times and it’s great! Every member of my family has a go-to menu item that we look forward to. My seven-year-old really loves the Nutella toast, I love the Apple Delight and the chai frappe. One time the staff made a mistake and a manager stopped by, apologized, and refunded part of our order. As a long time restaurant employee myself, I thought it was handled perfectly. Keep it up, Cuppi!“

“I’ve been coming to Panera Bread for years and regularly ordering the French onion soup and sometimes the Broccoli Cheddar for my son, not knowing that they both contain beef/Chicken broth—which, as a Muslim, I am not supposed to consume since it’s not considered halal. Today, while ordering it for myself and my son, Mr. Drake Gold kindly informed me about this and asked if it was okay. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care shown. It’s rare to encounter such attentiveness and respect for customers’ dietary needs. My soup was replaced with a vegetarian one which I truly appreciated. A big thank you to this wonderful guy for going the extra mile—it really means a lot to me and to my family!
I really hope that Panera Bread will consider offering halal options in the near future.

“First off this place has no business being so GREAT. I’m from nyc so I crave a bacon egg and cheese every now and then . Found this gem in the middle of nowhere. Thank god because it was delicious and the homefries were phenomenal! Had flavor unlike some places where it taste plain . Definitely recommend stopping by here . “Google hasn’t updated anything yet but the restaurant My Deli has moved into this location. So the hours and all the info for Q Town Cafe is not updated correctly. If you look at all the info for My Deli that’s the correct info. We’ve only had their breakfast so far but we really love their omelettes. We’ll be back soon for lunch. :-)“

“If i could i would give this place zero stars..but not an option. I was a new visitor to this establishment, and let him know that prior to ordering. Wanted the turkey (happy place) a drink and a scone. I get my meal and there is no turkey on it. So I got back and explained I wanted the turkey happy place. He said no you ordered the "our happy place". I said sir I even pointed to what I wanted on the menu. I didn't realize there were two items with the same name. He said that is your fault and you should know the menu. I said we'll I had let you know prior it was my first time here. He said I don't care if it's your first or 3rd you should know the menu. He said I'm not going to remake it., that's what you ordered. I said I would of never order anything with spinach because I'm allergic to it. He said so..I'm not remaking it! So not only did I have to wait a long time for thr sandwich, I couldn't eat it cause I was allergic to the ingredients. So I get back to my office hungry and upset to realize he didn't put the scone I paid for in thr bag. So I call and he says oh next time I will give it to you. No apology or anything. ..and next time, I paid for it this time. Very rude to new customers and would never spend my money there again. I don't understand why he was so rude. You think you would want to retain customers so they will do repeat visits.“

“Absolutely delicious grilled portobello sandwich! Delightful soup and sandwich place. Love that any sandwich can be converted to a salad (but honestly that soft toasted whole wheat bread was divine)
Reusable dishes are expensive but glasses and washable silverware would make this place perfect.“

“We usually stop at Panera Bread restaurants on our vacation trips and this Panera was great. My wife used one of the self ordering stations and it was easy to use however it was not accepting the points we had even though she had put her phone number in. One of the ladies behind the desk offered to help and she was able to input our points in their own station. The latte coffee was good. The Chipotle chicken sandwich and barley bagel were delicious. The egg and cheese sandwich was OK. Surprisingly all their sandwiches look like samples to me and I have to order at least two to feel less hungry;) Thanks Panera.“

“Great food for a community club house. Lots of amenities and great views. I love the burger. Good service and the staff was very friendly and helpful getting us situated.
10/16/2025 - 5 years later, this is the only place I get my burger. I've tried a lot of other places but nothing beats this one.“
