“I was in the store today with my two year old for a quick snack. We were sitting down and soon my toddler started to cry over who knows what...I tried everything to guess and calm her down but she wasn’t having it. I was ready to pack us up and leave so we didn’t continue to disturb everyone in there when one of the employees, Sunni, came over and sat at our table. She spoke so sweet and calm to my daughter who stopped crying and also generously brought her an apple juice and cake pop to stop the tears.
