“I truly can’t be more appreciative of Jay for going above and beyond for us! He came into work early to make what was probably the most delicious cheesecake my co-workers and I have ever tasted. It was absolutely perfect and made our birthday/good-bye/happy retirement celebration that much more special.
Not only was the cheesecake incredible, but the customer service was above and beyond in every way. Jay’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate our request meant so much. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.

“Had another great meal here. They can get busy at times so take that into consideration before going. Food is caribbean mix. They do a good job of accommodating meal customizations. Drinks are good. They have something for everyone's pallet, I don't know about dietary restrictions. We order from the kids menu. My kids love the empanadas and artichoke dip.“

“It was an amazing experience! I went to a HCA gathering and the waiter Travis was on point! I didn’t have to wait for him or anything! He was proactive and made sure everyone at the table was straight, down to the refills! Also Trey was amazing, if Travis wasn’t checking on us, Trey was! Best experience I done had in a while at a restaurant! Definitely will come again soon! Definitely enjoyed the drinks with the cute kangaroo on the shot cups🤪“

“For my 1st time here, absolutely amazing dinner. Bring in the New Year with our first Family Dinner of the year, celebrating my 44th birthday (even though it was on the 1st). Services was phenomenal and the other waiters and waitresses did a danging job this evening.“

“That was my first time going to 1609 and it was fantastic, our server #Sierra C was super great with a beautiful smile, we went there for my wife birthday dinner and sierra make it even special.
When we go back I hope to get her as a server.
