“The manager Melody was amazing. She was very attentive, watched the floor and was readily available to assist in any matters. My ordered did not come out right, and she came and ensured the cooks fixed it and offered a dessert/discount. The best type of service I've seen in a manager across the board. Our server Travis was an awesome as well. Polite, observant and professional.“

Our waitress was very friendly but the service wasn’t great. When our blooming onion appetizer came, it was burnt and not much actual onion in it. We had to ask for utensils, extra napkins and drinks. We waited approximately an hour and a half before our food arrived. The salad was forgotten and an order of French fries. I enjoyed the filet and lobster tail, my husband didn’t particularly care for the burger. It definitely looked like a pre-frozen patty.“

Our waitress Alexis was fantastic! So attentive, friendly, on her game; she made it a really enjoyable experience. And of course, the food was amazing! I got the 6oz filet, medium rare - came out perfect! The fire-grilled corn on the cob is DELICIOUS! I wanted to order a second one it was so good. My fiancé got the lemon garlic chicken with rice pilaf and asparagus and he really enjoyed his meal, and he thought the old fashioned was top notch! I also got the chocolate stampede to go, and that's a HUGE dessert! We both highly recommend both Longhorn and this particular location!“
